tell me which country you would go? some developed nation... well they would not allow you to enter their country.... because all jobs are reserved to their country people. hahahahahaha LOL
hey should follow my law-which says in any family if in 1 generation a quota is awailed then for next generation that family should not be given quota.by this e.g an Engineer who has awailed quota for his studies and job will be well settled so no need for reservation to his sons or daughters.
It does not apply to most institutes offering post graduate courses like IISc, IIMs, PG courses of IIT , AIIMS etc.
SC has clearly given the verdict that those who are children of Graduate degree holders, those whose parents earn more than Rs.2,50,000 per month, children of ex and current MP,MLA,MLC and those who are graduates themselves are exempted.

You are a hypocrite! You guys will support women's reservation because it is fashionable to do so. Be consistent in your arguements.
Maybe the time has come to divide the country into two, India-A for General Category people and India-B for OBCs and Schedueles Castes ! Both then can compete with each other and not among themselves.

There is a simpler solution- have all the jobs for SC/ST/OBC and have a 10% quota for general category. After all we have to pay for the sins of our forefathers.
Now we can observe upper caste crying for the SC verdict though it is not practically allowing socially and economically viable sector going to be benefited if creamy layer adopted.Already upper caste people in IIM & IITs raised their fees to 5lacs to 7lacs.Wheras this creamy layer only allows below 2.5lacs income group only.This also not going to benefit the OBC's as only 4% of people given in employment.So the OBC's & SC/ST people should not vote for either BJP or Congress.
80% population of indaia comes under backward class obc sc st..ONLY 20% ARE general.but 90% wealth belongs to these 20% adn only 10% to backward 80%....and this wealth is not earned by merits its because these 20% enjoyed areservation in india for 5000 years ...when backward class was cosidered worse than animals ...forget about learning..
Their is a myth about reservation,that all OBC's SC and ST easly get into any institute and easily get job. First of all, 80 % of Indian population is SC, ST and OBC. For this 80 % their is 47 to 50 % reservation. Their is few govt. jobs left in country. In private sector will become more baised and all reserved category will loose. By the way only 20 % of graduate in India are employable. This is pure politics, no body will be benefitted by this. Infact OBC will be real looser

The idea for these 80 % would be to work hard and get admissions based on merit as oppose to "CASTE"
The reason this is politics is if any party suggest to eliminate "RESERVATIONS", they will disappear from the political landscape.
Thats the truth. If you believe that RESERVATIONS are not beneficial to the OBC/SC/ST, then lets abolish and remove them.
lot of people seem to be against the decision. Why do people want reservation in education?.... so that they can get good jobs and earn a lot. presently a well experienced sweeper cannot earn as much as a fresh engineer. so the sweeper aspires to be an engineer, but he has not been trained from birth to take the entrance exams as present engineers are (IIT-JEE, CAT, GATE etc). So the only way is thru reservation. The only other way to lift the sweeper is to give him the salary equivalent to the senior most doctor in india.Are we ready for that?????? what happened to dignity of labour????? Think .... guys... think.....till then, reservation is the only answer..

Why reservation? Why study in IIT, IIM etc...? Government and Suprement Court would directly pay them huge salary to all OBC, SC and ST people. For example ...
OBC should get 50 Lacs/month SC should get 80 Lacs/month ST should get 20 Lacs/month
This is the way we can uplift the society. Please don't think from where the money will come. If you go to think that then Reservation will also be question.
Think my dear !! Think my dear !!!. Reservation is a joke and our Supreme court is bound to give it based on our Consitution.
This is one place where I believe that Supreme Court is not correct and their decision is not alwasy correct. Anyway, we are bound to be in law as per consitution but in this way only problem will come. Look for some ideal situation. Even people does not know the defination of Creamy Layer but they know the meaning of OBC, SC and ST.

get the mindset that an iit engineer is as important as the cook who feeds him, the driver who takes him to work, the labourer who laid the road for him to go to work, the farmer who made the grub, the so called filthy sc who removes shit to manure the field . without all these links an iitian is as good as dirt and I am an iitian myself.

I think you r right, "SHREE KRISHNA " , too states in the Geeta that "Yogah Karmasu Kaushalam". i.e. exellence in work is yoga itself. One should always be paid for one's expertise and just not for the cast.
