With only two persons of young blood, Congress is making mockery of young blood. How young is MS Gill. ' Oh his white beard must be because of his too much exposure to the sun.
This Gill is a carrot to the present CECs. If they toe the line of Congress, they can become ministers, or become like anotehr Seshan. The two youg men can do something to the country. But what about the remaining. They are not young as claimed by Congress. As far as the experience is concerned, Gill's experience is is on mountaineering long way back. Others have nothing to claim in the current ministership.
Anyway, Baba earned one more feather to his Gandhi cap by refusing any ministership.Unlike many other Congress and other party leadres, who are sitting more than 7-8 chairmanship of their parties.

i can understand what might eb happening in WB......i've been to Kolkata thrice....and also to other metros////but let me say one thing.....i've never seen a more frivilous, badly managed city than Kolkata....atleast as compared to Mumbai, Delhi or even chennai.....i'm not Raj Thackerey to be differentiating between states and people hailing from them. ......but the fact remains that once u get to Bengal.....one can themselves witness the situation over there....all strikes, bandhs, roads blocked etc......the difference is there for everyone to see...!!

You forgot Subhash Chakraborty. Or perhaps we can rely on the proven great marxists such as Jyoti Basu and Harkishan Singh Surjeet.

The correct choice for PM would be Mr Rahul Gandhi. He is fully capable to be PM and does not need to serve an apprenticeship under Dr Manmohan Singh. He is also a fully secular person, which will make Mr Sahadeven very happy.

ok. you seem to be passionate about politics. may i request you to consider "paikhana" as well?
reshuffle of ministry is only dramma.inflation 7% mostly public view top level ministery & comrades (excluding manmohan, patil )are corrupt. they are looting public.
The appointment of MS Gill the then CEC into the Cabinet sends down the message: Bureaucrats, better cow down by the party high commands, so that you can get laddu- even after retirement! So, bureaucrats affiliate with the political parties and disrespect the Indian Constituiton, which is after all - a plain piece of paper, like our National Flag, which is also a plain piece of cloth! Long live sychophancy ! Sai

yeah TS i agree with u.....the bureaucrats are as big cheats as the politicians...most of the so called IAS passouts holding senior positions in government related portfolios are just puppets in the hand of the minister concerned /// MS GILL induction into the cabinet reflects it....he surely must have done some favour to win the post atleast for next few months before the elections...

Have you ever commented when Seshan Joined BJP. NO. Have you ever raised your voiced when Yashwant Singh,an IAS officer joined politics. NO. Grow Up Man. Look at the current affairs with as a grown up man not with eyes of evil who see always hatred and dirt.
We all have cried hoarse about what goes on in the name of politics in India. We all know it's a big nasty shameless circus - based on caste, creed, religion, language etc. etc. etc. etc. I am assuming all those who have complained (ofcourse including myself) are educated people since we are using the internet. All of us are doing jobs (in India or abroad) or business or something to earn a living, or are students / retired people. We all have minds to understand this sham in the name of politics - this unabashed dynastic family rules and politics of vote banks. None of these people, irrespective of what party it is, have even a semblance of an intention of doing anything good for the country and it's people. They are here because they have an insatiable hunger for power and money, nothing else. Period. BUT, WHAT ARE WE DOING TO CHANGE ANYTHING? DOES ANY OF US HAVE THE GUTS TO CALL THESE LIARS OUT AND STOP THE CIRCUS? I GUESS NOT. WE ARE TOO BUSY IN EARNING OUR BREADS, AND TAKING IT EASY, TOO SCARED TO COME OUT OF OUR COMFORT ZONE AND DISTURB THE PEACE (SIC) IN THE FAMILY. TILL WE ARE READY TO MAKE SACRIFICES FOR THE BETTERMENT OF THE COUNTRY, NOTHING WILL CHANGE. THESE NASTY PEOPLE WILL MAKE MERRY AT THE COUNTRY'S AND IT'S PEOPLES' COST. BUT I KNOW FOR SURE SOMEDAY THINGS WILL CHANGE, IT HAS TO.
But rahul cries to be PM and asks soniaji to kick her puppet PM Manmohanji. "Mummy, I want PM post, kick your puppet out he doesn't know anything he walks like a doll and he talks like a doll"

Respect Manmohan Singh who contributed alot to make India great, economically. Every one followed him, even BJP under the banner of Swadeshi (a slogan to make nation fool).

Was free market economics invented by Dr Manmohan Singh? Actually, India took to the path of economic reform for two reasons: the country was bankrupt and China had showed the way. Otherwise, we would still be struggling with the Hindu rate of growth.

Thank you Prem Mohan, for representing the over one billion Indians in just one stroke of your sentence. It is high time you join UPA and become voice of India so that future of India would be safe in your hands! Best of Luck. Bits
Mr Rahul Gandhi should have accepted a cabinet post. We should all beseech him to do so. He can then become PM after the next general elections and lead the nation to glory.
