This so cald made by rama must not be broken for the sake of good or bad. THe existence of rama and the war ,bridge etc cannot be proved rite or wrong.so the importance must be given to the people who think that rama and the bridge exist because , their belief is from ages back. though i believe that these are myths, but in a country like india its better to respect every relegion and give due importance.

People who have not read the RAMAYANA fully are talking through there head. I request them to first read the holy book. In the book where LANKA is described, it gives the location of lanka on THE WEST COAST OF BHARAT, hence the present day Sri Lanka is not the lanka of the Ramayana. We should try to find the location of Bharat first, as there is no island on the west coast of India which suits the description of the lanka of the Ramayana. Hence fightening about the connection between India and Sri Lanka and calling it Rama's bridge is just waste of time.

It seems that you have only read Ramayana, others have not. Do not try to creat new theory.
Both hindus and muslims have done lot of henious things to each other, but if we actually intend to move on and co-exist happily, we need to stop talking bringing up those sad memories. Lets be Indians, lets follow our own religion, and respect others' religions too.
