Whether koran is told by allah or writeen by some vested interest people after death of prophet mohd should be told by supreme court. whether jesus born to virgin mary how this is possible should be told by judges.
their religious beliefs bringing poverty among believers by way of having many children etc etc and their by they are becomming burden to the society and progress of the country and fellow citizens. Dear politicians please take up this case

My sincere request is not to do things by part. The mullahs should be told that the Islamic law will apply to criminal cases as well, that means we can safely chop off hands of people who have been involved in all this ruckus. So next time you catch a Muslim thief; that he is getting his hands chopped or a rapist that his weeny will be chopped....
If the government stands for well being and betterment of the people, it must uphold all good things without supporting any religion. Muslim religion contains a lot of evils like talaq. If the government is going to follow Islamic laws for muslim women (which are one sided), perhaps, there is no mistake in reviving Sati among hindus.
This is the case where the politicians have openly admitted of dumping the constitution of republic of India and have decided to embrace religious laws. Constitution states India is a secular state. Is this secularism?
If the politicians and Govt.will continue playing game like this then "Time will come when we (HINDU) has to demand for minorities reservation in india".Belive or not but its true that we hindus are no more safe now,Muslims r in much better positions than us becz the bloody politicians and the Govt. were supporting them.

Indian fights with Muslim husband over right to son's religion
Kuala Lumpur, Sept 17 (PTI) An ethnic Indian Hindu woman have urged Malaysia's highest civil court to stop her Muslim husband from converting their son to Islam against her wishes. Subashini Rajasingam, an ethnic Indian Hindu married Saravanan Thangathoray five years ago and the couple has two sons - Dharvin and Sharvind. However, Subashini's husband told her last November that he had converted to Islam.
The 29-year-old clerk attempted to commit suicide and was hospitalised. When she returned home, she found that her husband had left with their son Dharvin, whom he claimed had also converted to Islam.
The woman turned to the court to prevent her husband from converting Sharvind and from seeking a divorce in an Islamic Shariah court instead of a civil court. However the Court of Appeal ruled in March that Subashini should argue her case in the Shariah court.
The Federal Court began hearing Subashini's appeal against the earlier verdict yesterday where her lawyers stated that one parent cannot convert a child to Islam if the other parent objects.
The lawyers felt that a ruling from the Shariah court may affect Subahini's rights.
"With respect, only this honorable court can ensure that no such injustice occurs," her lawyers said in a statement.
"The Shariah courts have no jurisdiction since (Subashini) is not a person professing Islam." Until the Federal Court rules on the cas

"The Orissa government plans to to follow Islamic laws in cases dealing with women". Why is it so? Cos of Vote Bank, the Muslims woman doesnot go for voting only men folks go... So if you go against muslims men community, you will lose the next election. I just want to ask, when every muslims says that India is my country, why can't they abide by the laws of this country. Giving such type of support to Islamic Laws by the Government is helping the Islamists for bringing their shariat laws and other bloody laws....
