all indian justicial system is fake, they are here only for money minting machine,,police take money to get free thief, most prosperous thief, more he is boung to get free,,, lawyer take money to remove all evidenceand judge side with strong lawyer lobbies,,, common people have not respect for law, people not respect for police, ealier time people have community punishment , becuase of that most of thief would like to refrain from such act of robbery,,,it is better to institutionise the code , conduct of community based force which is more loyal to villager and honest than police deppt of dithering real issues

you are right...these judges are worst....They may do anything for the money...Sometime a year ago, my friend was caught by police as drunken state and they charges case. One he got a letter from court that to appear on a date, one of my friend is advocate and we asked his help. He said he can manage, we went there and incidently the Judges last day, i mean sent off day, once he arrived my advocate friend went to judge room and tole him that my friend want to go to Duabi for work so don;t give high penalty. The judge agreed and paid only 250 rupees. Many other poor chaps got 1500 or even 2500 on such cases on that day...

Tu kon hai haraami.. Ram to rahega hi. Sub parliment men baithe hue congress raavan log aur tum jaisa nalaaykh haraami log jayenge narak.
recent mob attacks (taking law into their hands) seems to show that the people have lost faith in law and judiciary and believe in instant punishment to the culprit. As we have been noticing in the recent times, even if somebody is arrested for some crime, he comes out on bail immediately. Thereafter,it takes years and by that time the matter is more or less forgotten from people's mind and most of the time he goes scot free.
There is a need to amend the law so that the person is not out immediately. Else,these type of vigilante justice wud start everywhere. One look at Mumbai where if a packet picker is caught in local train,the public beat him pulp. As such, there is a need to review the complete judicial machinery and system.
Does this acts resemble the same what the terrorist do....if yes then v have a lots of individual terroist born inside and this act its not something new actually u can c it evrywhre people r just looking for a chance to thrash somebody...
its political game.all miniters of bihar sit on chairs with close eyes.they are dumb & deaf.i think strick action to be taken agaaist those people who gouged the eyes of men.according to me this is the effect of movie "ganajal"on bihari people.govt is responsible for this.shameful on bihar govt.
