The govt and polititions r just intrested in diverting attention of public fom major issues to issues like this which divide us on caste creed colour etc so that we never unite....This is what the east indian company did ....and what the inheritors r doing is nothing different. The reason why Lord Rama and the Ramayana is so easily dismissed is because no one fears the Hindus. Hindus are seen as cowards because the majority of Hindus will do nothing if something is done against their religion. Most Indians claim to be Hindus but are not in fact Hindus, they go to temples, do their puja but never defend their faith and when other Hindus do stand up to defend Hinduism they are labelled fanatics.
Thus even in India, where the majority is supposed to be Hindu, people can easily stand up and insult Hinduism because they know they can get away with it. Had the Hindus had the same attitude and faith in their religion the way the Muslims have, then no one would dare insult their faith that easily, they would think twice, especially in India. But only in India, so many impotent Hindus live and allow for such insults to take place including MF Hussain's paintings depicting Hindu Gods and Goddesses as naked and having sex.
Shame on the Hindus for allowing such insults to go unavenged! Shame on them for not following the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita which cleary states what is to be done to those who attack your religion! Shame on India!!! Shame on Indians!!!
Muslim Rulers are far better than these UPA / Secular government bast*rds.

This is just the begining of humiliating our gods.... no one has any proof of evidence of Alah.. then y government is wasting its money and subsidising the fares for mecca and medina......
it is quite sad that the ASI has said that there is no historical proof for Ram.let me ask as i am not aware..is there a definite 100% proof that hazratbal does indeed have the hair of the Prophet Mohamad? what abt the temple in srilanka which is "believed" to have the tooth of buddha?like another person asked..what abt birth of jesus..can a virgin give birth..probably es today with artificial insemination..but in those times..aaltho i am in favor of any move that will improve the conditions of Indians,and i would support ASI if it had just said that there seems to be no proof that the bridge is manbuilt..but to say that there is no Ram..atrocious!! it is indeed a cruel joke to hear that Ram doesnt exist..i wonder if any other Govt in the world will ever make such a downright insensitive remark on a religious matter. I guess the ASI only believes that the Taj is is the only worth structure defending in this country..God help this nation..run by incompetent nincompoops in virtually every field!!

I agree...Most of the politicians are BRAINLESS. This is sensitive issue and they should note even think to touch it without any fear of millions of people around the world. It seems as if they deliberately made this statement to hurt religious feelings of those who are not supposed to be their vote banks. So cheap and mean mentality they have. They should not forget that people who believe in rama are all INDIANS and not ONLY hindus. Indians who are Hindus for whom nobody seem to care nowadays.

IT IS THE SAME ASI WHICH FOUND THE PROOF OF RAM TEMPLE EXISTING UNDER THE BABRI STRUCTURE. WHY DONT THEY TAKE ACTION ON THOSE FINDINGS AND RESTORE THE RAM TEMPLE THERE ?
I have not seen a topic (including cricket) which had such a humungus response. But unfortunately, it only means that every one of them will be read only by a few and we miss good ones. I wish there were a better blog techniques so that we could filter, arrange and read these messages or even download them
there's no proof of muhamed and family or jesus or his family, yet it is amazing to see the west and the europe spend millions and billions to continue in the name of human philosophy. even for a non-hindu- the philosophy- not ritual- of ramayan, bhagvad geeta and mahabharat are of enormous value in terms of higher awareness. it just seems that india no longer needs mughal and british invaders to destroy its heritage, culture, philosophy, anything. spineless "us" are enough to do that to us.
