Dear Friends The question is not whether Ram existed or the bridge was man made, the question is the government is hurting the sentiments of every Hindu who firmly believes in the Hinduism and a strictly follows it. Does the government which has been so hell bent to offer what they claim the minorities the best living and policies , it has forgotten that this act of government hurts the sentiments of the majorities. Anywhere in the world has there been an investigation done wherein really Prophet had ever come to the earth and preached Kuran? No. If it had , no human who had tried doing would have been alive now. Please guys, dont hurt the sentiments of the Hindus , The ships have been sailing thru the circuitous route for years , why all of a sudden to gain the majority of vote bank , government has started faking itself as though to help the sailors while its intention is to please the votebank.......

Everything written in Ramayana has a reason briefly described behind it ... if you really know Ramayana word by word ... then only you should say anything!
By the way ... I am not a Hindu ... am a Jain ...
But the point is ... if Government can't dare say that there is no ALLAH ... then it shouldn't even hurt the sentiments of Hindus!

why blame the white woman...she is just a figurehead. its well known that brown indian men prefer white women. eg. nehroo fooled around with an englishwoman, rajeev with an italian and now the little rahool with an white colombian woman.
its just a coincidence that most white women are christians, dont bring other religions into your inter-hindoo north-south politics.

Well said cycube. That was funny. But the essential complaint by the right wing crowd here is that, if the same situation involved, other minorities, the government would play a different tune. All said and done however, Madam Gandhi however misguided is like any typical Indian politician but unlike most Indian politicians keeps India's interest in mind. Also, if Mrs. Gandhi was not white, she would be prime minister today. The foreigner issue is purely racist and not religious I think. I think a suppressed desire to have sex with a white woman is what causes the right wing crowd to react the way they do.
