Ramayana was a Epic like Iliod & Oddissi!! Every charester was fiction?? Every writer should claim that their charecters is real!!! It's really disgusting article!!! Now we r in 21 st century how can we belive that Valmiki wrote this epic thousand years before born of Ram!!!!So Ram was not nly GOD,Valmiki was great GOD!!!Who saw the pictures what will be happen after 1000 years!!! Can anybody say what will be happen tomorrow????

Why dont u ask questions regarding many absurd things in kuraan..I know u fear invoking a fatwa...correct...hey read ur own religious bookand i am sure ,many thing in that too will not make any sense and u wont even consider Mohammad as a GREAT GREAT God.....but my brother ....its faith.
In the recent past when the Buddha statue was demolished by Taliban in the Bamian, there was protests from all over. Irrespective of the authentisity peoples' faith for thousands of years is being desstroyed here. Responsible parties like the Congress, Left parties, Trinamool, TDP, Janata Dal .... (to name a few) should have commented on this issue. Why the reluctance? At least the Government could take one of the six suggested alternative routs.
i don't know the advantages or disadvantages Sethu Samudram Project will bring to GOI and to the people of india at large but by putting said affidavit in the Srpreme Court GOI has done great service to the future of this country.
1000 years from now, we will definitely going to remember Mohammed Saheb or Jesus Christ but we have to dig thousands Churches or Mosques one after another to find out whether there was any Rama or Krishna in India. That too we have left with any Hindu not Pseudo Hindus like most of people in our government.
Also, here i would like to warn GOI that they have hurt the sentiments of Indian People. They will be answerable for any future consequences of it because it is very obvious from the entries of Rediff Discussion Board that the feelings of people have been hurt.
Ram didnot need bridge for himself alone, he had to take his entire army. For them it must have been built.
This is greatness of India. Here we can raise question on anything and be safe. Can any christian question what is written in Bible? or can any Muslim question what is written in Quran didnot exisist? No ...A BIG NO... But in INDIA saala sab kuch chal jaatha hain... Jaaago indians.. jaago..

Along with Sita even Rama's age could have grown at the same rate. what ever be the age, Hindusim asks husbands to be loyal to their wives and love them.That is the greatness of culture in India not like western world where more divorces, some day would come where unknowingly a brother might be marrying his own sister (where christianity prevails.....)
Shame on you INDIAN Hindus and called Hindu Political parties!!!! What are you doing there???? The Indian Government Controlled by SONIA MAINO and her lickers are crying that there was no RAMA lived on earth. You have to act now or never......Please act now atleast. YOu are not a hindu. If you are a true hindu,you are not suppose to travel overseas according to hindu teaching. now you have broken that . hindu gods are going to burn you in hell for breaking that law. so, you better forget about bread abroad and earn your roti in hindustan you great great hindu.
Ask a large number of Hindu's and especially educated one - "What they feel about Sri Ram?"
The essence of different responses will be that they can feel it but they cannot express it. One who worships Sri Ram desires for only one vardana(boon) i.e. the ultimate bhakti of the Lord.
If there is so much faith and so much of deep sentiments are involved then why the Centre and The State of Tamilnadu are so much bent upon destroying 'Ram-Setu".
