I have doubts on the ASI's capability to find out the historical evidance for Ramayan era. They are poor chaps without technologies. So I am not sure that how can they day that there was no existence of Rama.Thanks

To all Hindus: Agitation on Ram Setu is understandable. But why our conscience does not rebel to see the way and manner old, historical and religiously important temples are run and maintained in our neighbourhood. Why our enthusiasm in going to temple is met by an equal enthusiasm/urge to come out of the Temple. There is no religious reform movement not to speak of agitation to restore, at least, the dignity of temples and to weed out what is generally accepted to be the malady in the religion.
To the Central Govt/ASI: A wrong question will elicit wrong answer. The correct question is as to whether the Government believes in the existence of gods in whose name so many places of worship are made by human being, God themselves (Rameshwaram by Lord Rama) and the nature (Swayambhu existence). The answer has to be %u2018NO%u2019. But does this mean that a place of worship being man made structure can be pulled down, removed, relocated even though it is believed to be the house of gods from time immemorial. And if it has to be done then, in what circumstances.
Sunita Williams ( First Indian woman who went on moon) accepted "ISLAM" Masha Allah, bcoz when they were on the moon, they saw towards EARTH, the entire EARTH looked dark, but 2 places on the EARTH looked like SPARKS (Roshni). They were shocked to see that and saw them with the help of telescope and came to know that those two places were " MECCA " and "MADINA" Masha Allah. Then they decided that after reaching to earth they'll accept "ISLAM". Thats y they reached safely. So be proud to a muslim and forward it to all like fire.

How has the Centre arrived at this conclusion? As somebody submitted in a response, shouldn't we ask the ASI Director C Dorjee that because we are not able to see any evidence of his great great grandfather's existence we feel that his great great grandfather did not exist? And by that same token how can anybody establish the evidence of Jesus or Muhammad or any of the other incarnations or prophets? Even if one has so called evidence, like Turin's shroud, somebody can dispute the evidence and say that the evidence has been doctored. So basically it boils down to having faith in the source of evidence. Faith has to be of course logical and reasonable, not just blind. Sitting in India, one reads that there was a big hurricane in Florida killing hundreds. We accept that news because we have faith in the newspaper reporting it, that it is providing authentic news. The normal man who reads newspapers does not go to actually verify the events reported. Similarly one has to be pious to have faith in God and the scriptures. People who are too materialistic, unscrupulous generally have no fatih in a higher purpose, in a higher controller or God. very true, i think the govt officials should be stopped from attending the dushehra functions because they dnt believe in existence of ram. if this will carry on then one day govt will say that demolish all the temples because they dnt believe in the existence of god. that was so stupid of the govt and ASI.

Well Said Rajmohan!! I think people should start thinking from the higher perspective of life then most of the problems will be solved.

It is not fair to hurt the sentiments of our fellow Hindu community. Dont forget that "Faith is stronger then truth" and all the religions are based on faith. If Religions are scientifically examined, no religion shall exist. What Sunita saw it may be her personnal imagination, it can not be used to hurt others else you are not true muslim. Holy Quran allows every religion to grow and practice without harming other religion, so dont talk foolishly.
I donno what these filthy politicians want to say as a final word. But this is certainly not acceptable by any hindu in this world about such illogical and anti-hindu marks. Politicians should keep their mouth shut when it comes to such a sensitive issue
