Every one needs power. Blame others, play casteism, leg pulling, selfish are the parameters to measure a politician. Surprisingly every one (all party) measures same on this scale. Keep it up, politicians. We have no other way, we have to vote for you only when the next election comes.
If you switch over to any newspaper,Kannada news channels the first thing comes is October 3 and whether JD U hand over power to BJP. Its become day to day thing that all developments halted because of power transfer. BJP says they will rule on Oct 3. Yedyurappa became so mad that wherever he goes for speech he tells that i am next Chief Minister,i will hoist the flag.
The biggest actor is who is elgible for Dada Saheb Phalke is behind the seen Mr. Deve Gowda. First he tells that my son without my permission formed the govt and i won't pock the nose. Now suddenly he came and tells that it is unhealthy coaliation. All our minority people are not happy with this coaliation. Why did'nt they thought this when they were forming the govt.
In my Opnion BJP will form govt and chief minister will be Yediyurappa but it will last long only for barely one or two months. If JD(S) Did'nt transfer it will be called s Backstabbing.
There is something wrong with BJP, wherever they have made such adjustments like with Mayawati or Goa etc., at their turn, they could not get the seat, something lacking with them too. Today, the organisation is with controversial leadership,I think, before Indra Congress split, whatever were the defects in Congress, they have now surfaced with BJP. They are to take corrective measures for next election.

nothing wrong with BJp, if they cant stoop to gowdas level. man, yu cant get worse than a "gowda". an alternate name to being a "traitor" or someone who ditches you. it was very well known that gowda would ditch the alliance the moment thier term is over. they should never come to power again. scumbags of the worst kind.
finally it had happened Good knews for voters. Now its time to get rid of the so called farmer and his kith and kIN. This narrow minded man will do anything even after election to stay in power all that he will say is iam a poor farmer i will go with two suit cases like that. But he owe a property of nearly 1000 Crores if Government confiscate them it can put an Interim budget
We the people of Karnataka facing bad luck due to dirty thieves like Devegouda. Who cheats every one. First he has cheated sidramayya, then congress and soniya now BJP. BJP is the party fully supported by people of this state. They become nervous as they could not make them to sit on power in state as well as in Center. Gouda raskal has made the congress again to sit on power inspite of people kikked it out of power by people. He is such a cruel man that he gets married with innocent girl, spends night and enjoy and after hanimoon he kicks her out. Such shameless fellow's must be kicked out from Not only from Karnataka also from India. It is a shame on the part of those Indians who made him PM unexpectedly.

theyhad good leaders like mr, veerandra patil, hegde, devaraje urs. but most of the karnatak cms have been crooks and immoral too. BAGNARAPA AND GUNDI RAO USED TO LECTURE TO STUDENTS TO ENJOY LIFE.... U KNOW ENJOY WITH A PERVETTED SENSE OF THE WORD. AND DEVE GOWDA DID SOMETHING FOR KARNATAK IN THE EARLY STAGES. BUT ONCE HE BCME THE FOURTH CHOICE OF THE THIRD FRONT FOR PRIME MINISTER, he went bonkers. i think power has destroyed his feeble brain. he gave immense troubel to MR. KRISHNA who made bangalore a happening city. and now early elections may bring in a simple majority for some party. may be cong or the bjp.
The sixteenth chapter of Srimad Bhagavadgita dwells in detail about the demonic qualities. Arrogance, pride, anger, conceit, harshness and ignorance belong to those of demonic nature. They believe that to gratify the senses unto the end of life is the prime necessity of human civilization. Thus there is no end to their anxiety. Being bound by hundreds and thousands of desires, by lust and anger, they secure money by illegal means for sense gratification. Self-complacent and always imprudent, deluded by wealth and false prestige, they sometimes perform sacrifices in name only without following any rules or regulations.
We had read about such demoniac characters in scriptures only. How (un) lucky we are today to find such characters in real life also! Extending a shaky hand when help is needed and discarding it after usage are the prime qualities of the current day politicians. They have no scruples or principles. If the CM thinks that the secular image of JDS has taken a beating, why the hell he took their helping the first place and yet continuing to depend on them? Why did the family go to Srirangam and other places to perform pujas? Like the great Indrajitu or Jayalalitha who performed Nikumbhila Yaga to obtain great power to destroy Lakshmana or other so called enemies? All the foregoing does not mean that I am a sympathizer of BJP. They themselves usurped power through back door and are being paid in the same coin. Shame on such people who we call our leaders.
BJP should be handed over the power as per the agreement. this only shows the character of the JD(s) people. I am no big BJP fan, but if they do have communalistic intensions, then JD(s) can always pull out citing this reason. This clearly shows how power-hungry the gowda clan is. if BJP does get its time to govern, then in the next elections people would have seen and experienced the 3 major parties in power and will get to choose the best. i hope all this turmoil does not affect the development of the state.

but yediyurappa is hardly the right man. if they had the right person instead of yediyurappa, then probably denying such a person would be tough, all he's done right now is he's bought a ton of land around shimga, just like how the gowdas are heavily invested around anything prosperous or future viable in ktk. well, they are all alike the politicians.

Like Kumaraswamy or any other past CMs who did not have a history of being in power, Yediyurappa also will be in unchartered territory. but am sure if given a chance he will try to outdo others in governance, after all ruling a state is no joke.
No words are sufficient to describe the greed and devious means adopted by the former MLA & the biggest B of Karnataka, Mr Deve Gowda, a self-styled saviour of the farmers. Even the IT department will fail to evaluate the number of properties that he & his clan have made or are making. They were nowhere less than a decade ago but today they are owners of millions worth real estate or lands. Hassan is the current hottest destination for these people. I wonder if they have ever a word called "Contentment" in their vocabulary.

Those who are demoniac do not know what is to be done & what is not to be done. Neither cleanliness nor proper behavior nor truth are found in them. They say that this world is unreal, that there is no foundation and that there is no God in control. Following such conclusions, the demoniac, who are lost to themselves & who have no intelligence, engage in unbeneficial, horrible works meant to destroy the world. very good post from u and u have posted each and every word correctly, very good
When it was convenient for HD Kumaraswamy, he had no qualms about forming a rebel group to claim power. These people like HDK and the equally unscruplulos father Deve Gowda, have no qualms about reneging on agreements and breaking contracts. Its a measure of the skullduggery to which such people can go, to witness the hurdles they have placed before the BMIC project, a project that has been hailed by both the High court & Supreme Court. I wish there is an election and this pathetic party called JD(S) is completely thrown out. People who follow no ethics and norms should not occupy public office. The state and the country have been taken to the pits by this crowd.

Dev Gowada, the sleeping giant. his becoming a PM was a aberration in political history of india. what is there with him to boost of his leadership. Agreement is agreement, BJP should be given a chance as per the agreement and let them rule for the remaining duration, then as said elsewhere the incumbency factor comes into fore which would in turn facilitate congress to capture the power in Karnataka of their own.
