These people like HDK and the equally unscruplulos father Deve Gowda, have no qualms about reneging on agreements and breaking contracts. Its a measure of the skullduggery to which such people can go, to witness the hurdles they have placed before the BMIC project, a project that has been hailed by both the High court & Supreme Court.
