After independece when policy and constitution makers decided to have Judiciary seperate from the govt it was the best option left to us!Judiciary was working independently for 2-3decades when lust of power on the part of politicians started influencing Judiciary for their own benefits!Although it remained at a smaller scale and system as whole was not effected that badly. But in recent years judiciary has gone worse from bad!May be worst! It is being affected by not only poltical leadership but by powerful individuals!Eevery indian who has visited any court in the country must have seen the working! For small cases even you are made to pay bribe openly inside courtroom in presence of Honble.Magistrate! But at the end of the day Judiciary is a mixed bunch of people like any other govt fuction! But we have made a mockery of court on several occassions!Lingering cases, getting away with punishment is very real and very easy! Even if lower court convicts you...you appeal to next level and stay out on bail for few more years! And then next level..Clearly infuential people can afford this.Poor people dont have enough money to challange even lower court verdicts and they accept their punishment! It is high time that we need Judicial reforms! But no govt is taking action on that...because it is in the global benefit of every political party! What if Sonia is using courts!Opposition thinks they will also have their turn! Who suffers most?Common people of the country!

Better to give bail to all convicts, especially minority convicts... Why simply waste time and money in conducting tirlas for years, if they are to be let free ?... Make a rule that minority criminals will not be punished in India and cases will not be booked against them - that will save a lot of time and money being wasted in investigations and court cases... Any takers ?

Moreover,no fear of getting caught even after commiting bomb blasts in India as the UPA government has issued a new Fatwas that in Muslim dominated areas only Muslim policed would be deployed. This implies that the Jehadis will be never caught from those areas. The 2009 election would be the last Parliament in India. After that India would be named as Sultanate of Islamistan and there would be many Amirs in the different provinces of this sultanate namely Madani,Syed Shahabuddhin,Sallauddhin Oveissi,Imam Bukhari and a hlf Amir called Mulayamsingh Yadav

This is the biggest slap on the face of Psuedo seculars. If India was really a Hindu Majority and VHP / RSS / BJP led country, as these Pseudo seculars project, Memons would not have even applied for Bail. They are soooooo confident of in activeness and tolerance of Majority o Hindus. In spite of being responsible for killing of so many people, they are still applying for Bail. Dont be surprised if Sheela Bhatt and Syed Firdaus Ashraf host a parry to "welcome back" these convicts. Please note these Memons are no longer suspects or accused, the are convicted. If all of us tolerate these Memons enjoying freedom, even Dawood may want to come back. He has two people from Rediff supporting him - Sheela Bhatt and Syed Furdaus Ashraf. Jai ho terrorism ki and Jai Ho Pseudo seculars ki

Behave your self my dear friend, you cant talk abt Individual groups, even that group was suffered from the 93 Blast, if you are planning to point on one particular group then there are many instances where other groups where involved in many crimes which also killed thousands of innocent and you all very well knew which crime I am talking about, so my dear friend we should not point each other, whereas we should directly throw the politicians out of this country coz the biggest terrorist in our country are the politicians.

Don't expect any good behaviour from these guys. This is the mentality which killed Mahatma Gandhi and still working on hate propaganda. This mentality is the biggest problem with India

Look..who is talking about sickness...the people who killed millions
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Persecution_of_Hindus %u201C The massacres perpetuated by Muslims in India are unparalleled in history, bigger than the Holocaust of the Jews by the Nazis; or the massacre of the Armenians by the Turks; more extensive even than the slaughter of the South American native populations by the invading Spanish and Portuguese. %u201D
Today we have become the most unsafe nation... Criminals are raoming the street scott free... Its so difficult to get a conviction in our Judicial system. That is also ok. But atleast once convicted let the criminals be behind bars... that is where they belong. Society is not a place for them.
It took so many years for justice and judgement in the 1993 Mumbai bomb blast and it took hardly any time for them to get bail. We should seriously have punishment what is meted out to convicts in countries like Saudi, so that people have some fear. Celebrities whether Sanjay dutt or Salman Khan are just bunch of actors, they are not doin some favor on people by breaking law, these Memons who know no humanity seem to be getting very human and lawful treatment. We need to change the punishment type put them in 3x3 cell with no light and no interactions with the world all together.

but who is going to bell the cat both the judges were hindus and majority of elected representatives by people of the country are hindus .it proves only one thing we are a lazy ,selfish and cowardly people ie hindus tragedy is that we are born in a cowardly race . even GOD cannot help us. he helps people who help themselves .there is no use crying and ranting over the things we we have no couarge to change .go to rajghat and recite allah ishwar tere nam only foolish hindus chant these meaningless hymns
Why does any judge gives the verdict if the verdict is not documented & the copies of the final verdict are not ready ? Guys like sanjay Dutt will use the flaws in laws & the laziness of the court offcials to make a mockery of Indian democracy.

Isn't it strange that SC hasn't recieved a copy of judgement so far? How much time does it take to mail one document from Mumbai to Delhi.I feel that someone is trying to delay the Justice here..this is so disgusting
