Yes India has achieved all it has on its own (with some help from Russia). But if we need to progress fast we need to take technological help from US and others. Russian tech has become obsolete. Imagine the progress we will make if we integrate. We will move up higher, faster & surer. Why should we take 50 yrs to achieve that which can be achieved in 5 yrs (& even after 50 yrs we will still lag behind as the world will move forward by then).

Only 2 nations in the whole world are opposing this Indo US nuclear deal, China and Pakistan.... China has the Most Favored NAtion status with the US and opposes the same status for India.
