Why did the supreme court not perform its duties and instead delegated this matter to the lower court , this is probably the first instance where matter was referred to a lower court by the Apex court, there seems to be new laws created every time there is a need to cater to the interests of the mighty of the Hindutva militant organizations.

- The "mass-exodus" of Kashmiri pandits were inspired by BJP & JagMohan ( then Governor of J&K) with an idea that it would create public opinion and pressure on muslims in Kashmir.
It was proven to be a disaster.
We should not forgive Jag Mohan for this single act of mis-judgement !
People did migrate out of Kashmir because of terrorism, but this mass-exodus was completely idea of BJP man JagMohan.

No muslim in India support Kashmir's claim of seperate nation.Even kashmiri do not support it. But ordinary citizen can not fight criminals. We dont need 'guests' like you,who are a menace to this nation.You drove out the hindus from Kashmir and made them live as refugees in their own country.Kashmir was a hindu state,having been ruled by Raja Hari Singh when it was acceded to the Indian Union by Sardar Patel, but later Nehru's inefficiency ruined the situation in that state.Now islamists are living off the rest of India.And still no peace for the nation!
Why doesnt Tarun Tejpal with his ingenious resources and courage under his belt go to Kashmir and have an undercover sting operation on the atrocities committed on Hindu Pandits to this day? Maybe he won't do that due to the pressure from Moslems who apparently seem to be fighting for their rights and whom he surely doesn't want to upset. Can he be as critical in his remarks on the genocide happening there?
