When China established secret ties with USA in the 70s and opened up its economy to counter the Soviet Union, it is a strategy for growth and a great visionary approach. But when India does the same, it is should be condemned as subjugating to American 'IMEPRIALISM'. PS: None of us know what the word imperialism means in the context of the 21st century but it still should be thrown in here and there in policy document.
The Left parties of India are a mystery to many people. So here is the "Indian Left's Economic Policies Explained for Dummies" : 1. China was welcome to conduct its first nuclear test in 1964 but it is a very grave sin for India to follow up with its own Nuclear test in 1974. 2. China can open up its economy and aggressively pursue economic reforms since 1978 but India should not start its economic reforms even in 1991. 3. If India & China are at war, India should be called the agressor (1962) no matter whatever be the truth. 4. China can allow MNCs like McDonalds, KFC, Coke, Pepsi, etc. to setup everywhere but India should ban all of these companies. 5. China can open up its FDI to retail in 2003 and create millions of jobs but India should not open its retail to FDI even in 2007. 6. China can follow privatisation policy and privatise more than 60,000 public sector companies but India should not privatise even one. 7.China can spend millions of dollars developing its infrastructure and modernising its army in the 90's but India should not follow suit. All developments activities in India are anti-poor and must be opposed. 8. China can send a man to space in 2003 but India should not send its man to space even in 2014. It is a wasteful expenditure when we have so much poverty...the list goes on.. POLICY SUMMARY: 100% Capitalistic China with its fake communism and totalitarian regime should develop fast and become a great superpower. India should continue to be poor

India is the only country in the world to which USA agreed to give nuclear cooperation and Uranium without signing the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty. This is happening despite the fact that the Americans do not give consent rights to reprocess except to his closest allies, Japan and Europe. Australia was also ready to sell uranium to India despite the refusal by New Delhi to sign the Nuclear Nonproliferation Treaty. But now it is proved that Communist are more powerful than anyone in the world..

China is number one. We Communists will do anything for China's interests. We have killed off all development in our three citadels, and have kept the people poor. They will welcome the Chinese with open arms when they invade.
The USA is trying to use all methods to ensure that we sign the nuke deal on the dotted line. We have now got time . There is no hurry. Our natinal interest is involved so we should consider all aspects before signing the deal. As regrads Uranium supplies, we should try other available options also.
