When China established secret ties with USA in the 70s and opened up its economy to counter the Soviet Union, it is a strategy for growth and a great visionary approach. But when India does the same, it is should be condemned as subjugating to American 'IMEPRIALISM'. PS: None of us know what the word imperialism means in the context of the 21st century but it still should be thrown in here and there in policy document.
