Like china is the big daddy. Look at the ending part of interview where he is blaming Nehru for 1962 war...we need to strengthen our economy and millitary so that we can neutralize power. Look at the ay he is saying first we should give and then take that is his way of peaceful negotiation whay can't first china give and then we give. We need to make decision and be with US or Russia ..move fast. But our politicians are busy with minting money...

These chinese clowns dont understand the language of peace, love. they were never thoughtful and always will look to contain india. they support pakistan on kashmir issue, want parts of eastern india, back tibet to get parts of north eastern india and finally join with sri lanka over tamil nadu. they just want to break india into pieces and our idiotic poiticians only care about their power and money. Never has any indian PM cared for the long term good of india and i doubt if any of these selfish and corrupt ones will do either. We need new and young leaders who have thinking of this generation.

Not by apperance, but they way they behave. They pretend to be your friends and you never know what they will do. Saying hindi-chini bhai bhai, they snatched Mansarovar, then tibet. Now eyeing Myanmar. These Chinkis need a lesson and I wish a day comes when China is SCATTERED into pieces the way USSR was.

Anil Sharma. It is only a matter of time. Young chinkis love all western things. They love American movies , music and fashions. Rightnow they say it is a communist country.But their economic system is pure capitalism. Commies thought USSR will bury USA someday. It happned the other way around. Slowly but surely it will happen. Nothing is permenent.

Why dont you join Indian politics, and atleast make an attempt to betterment of India... Wat say Mr.H
One important thing is this: we can disagree with China, we can dislike the aggression in 1964 and we can hold firm to what we want in our relations with them. But we should never never hate them the way some do. This is very important because it ruins negotiations, it spreads more hate among us and among them for us. And it prevents us from reconciling (at least for a long long time) even after we settle our disputes.
China can be tough, sometimes bullying, and many times aggressive. They are also practical, intelligent, thoughtful people who respect strength and intelligence unlike the real threat (islamic fundamentalists). We should try to strengthen ourselves more, organize ourselves much better, get wealthier and be more practical, cohesive, united than we are right now. Look how the nucelar deal is falling apart - who will respect our polity?

Sri, We do not hate the chinese. We are suspicious of the chinese and rightly so. We have a paki threat not an Islamic threat. From the interview, you would think that chinese have a democracy, repsect human rights, is a peaceful country with no ambition to contain India. This is propaganda. China is dangerous to India in all respects: militarily, economically, politically: China has played a big role (directly and indirectly) in the kashmir and the North East problem. Without Chinese support, Pak would not have dared to finger India. There is only 1 positive impact and that is the cultural aspect of India and China. China overplays this card. China may be a lot of things to different people, but it is India's nemesis and poses the gravest danger to India.
