look in the interview he say it is china duty to strength pakistan other india will become too powerful and have war. Like china is the big daddy. Look at the ending part of interview where he is blaming Nehru for 1962 war...we need to strengthen our economy and millitary so that we can neutralize power. Look at the ay he is saying first we should give and then take that is his way of peaceful negotiation whay can't first china give and then we give.
