Indian soldier don't surrender, they do get killed very much - remember 3000 IPKF soldiers were killed in Srilanka. Not to mention 50000 soldiers who had been killed in Kashmir by Paki terrorists.
Indian soldiers get substandard weapons and duplicate ammunition, because Military topbrass and Politicians rob the budget money ( > 80,000 crores/year) and take bribes in weapons deals. No auditing, so nice !!
Before an Indian soldier tries to fix his toyguns and pulls the trigger, he will be blasted to pieces by AK-56 wielding terrorists.

I agree with you totally. Our govts have shown ineptitude and unwillingness to address the problems of militant and ghettoised islam. Muslim voters practically outnumber non-Muslim voters in many constituencies in the country and this situation shall keep accelerating. I have no problems with people of any particular religion and have many Muslim friends, but the priests of that religion are using their numbers to keep them illiterate and outside the mainstream. This has dangerous security implications for the country. There is nothing wrong with Muslims but a lot that is wrong with the way their leaders are fooling them and keeping them under their spell for use as a political tool.

Our democracy has been hijacked by people who deliberately keep Muslims backward and pit one caste against another. Its probably our democracy which might be our undoing. Remember, the educated in this country dont vote. So what sorta govt comes out election after election? That which can effectively fool those that can be fooled with issues such as caste, religion etc.
