USA is right, Before going forward on N-deal first India should resolved its internal politics playing by Left. Left is now successful for delaying the N-deal. Now it is a time for debate real issues in Parliament. Communist Party wanted to avoid debates on major issues. Major Issues in India. 1) How many jobs Communist Party has created for poor since they are in power. 2)How many poor become rich in West Bengal & Kerala. 3)How many industries closed after commies comes in power. 4)How much money is wasted after every agitation by communist. etc....etc....etc.....
India was not a Pariah since 1974 but because of the Western sanctions against India India became self sufficient in nuclear power with the help of the USSR and Russia, not France or any Western country. France ( and Germany) gave nuclear weapons to China, not to India. Now India has every facility. D.Singh is talking about wrong kind of technology, what does he mean?? With the Indo-US deal India will not get any technology but finished products only. Because of thse kind of stupid ministers India is a loser always and now Manmohan-Sonia want India to surrender completely to USA. How much money CIA gave to D.Singh is the big question!!!!!!!

Regarding India's Nuclear Program >> First Reactor at Tarapor came with USA help, than came Canadian Candu Reactors , Than only we saw French and Russian help.
You are misguiding all. Go and check history.
For me Both USA & Russia to be taken as Bussines lik countries. None has helped India unless India suited them.
Fact Remains that Russian technology is no match to US.

You go and read history. USSR and China were friend until 1960, when Mao has closed down all Soviet consulates in China and expelled all Soviet citizens from China, after accusing Kruschev of organizing a coup against Mao. In 1962 on November 6, USSR criticised China for its invasion of India and started sending every type of weapons including MIG aircrafts to India. India was industrialized because of the USSR, who gave every industries and technology. USSR also discovered oil fields in India's west coast and in North Eastern states. It has defended India against a possible combined attacks from China, USA and Iran during the Indo-Pak war in 1971. After 1974 India has received every nuclear technology and missiles and rockets from USSR only. You must a really ungrateful monster like this studid uneducated Digbijay Singh.

Tarapur and Candu reactor came with all kinds of restrictions which USA wants to impose now on India. India at that time was depended on USA-Canada for fuel supply as both had resufed to have India Heavy water plant, reprocessing plants, enrichment plant and Fast Breeder Reactors, all came from the USSR not from France or USA or Canada or UK, as all other countries had imposed sanctions against India in 1974 after the first nuclear teast of India. Learn first and then talk or write, unless you are just as stupid like this ugly Digbijay Singh.

Why dont you admit that India was introduced to Nuclear science through Tarapur & Candu reactors.
Why dont you admit that USSR supplied Uranium only when USA stopped after we detonated Nuclear bomb.
Why dont you admit that even today Russia itself is dependent on Australia for Uranium Supplies and it can not divert it to India.
Why dont you admit that Russia can not supply any Nuclear fuel to India as they are bound by IAEA / NSG.
If Russia could could supply Uranium to India that We need not go to USA for 123 deal.

Even the CPU chip which you are using in your PC is made in USA.
Even the software Windows / explorer which you are using is maade by US company.
Tell me why 50,000 to 70,000 Indians go to USA for higer higher studies.
