Whoever will align with JD(S) in karnataka will meet the same fate as BJP. Congress has already tasted the bitterness of its association with Devegauda's party and if they again associate with them then congress will only make a fool of itself .Devegauda's behaviour is nothing less than a crook and a ditcher . Their party should be boycotted in Indian Politics

yes. Devegowda has destroyed the following one by one - Ramakrishna Hegde, JH Patel, Siddaramaiah and now Yadiyurappa and somany other leaders have bitter experience when they tried to share power with Devegowda. Devegowda is like a Bhasmasura and one fine day he will destroy himself . Lord Vishnu definitely creates such a position to him one day. If his party is a secular one, why he let his son HDK to form with BJP ? He cannot answer these questions. Let BJP win atleast in future. i vote for BJP if there is a chance .

u mean lord vishnu in the form Janradhan Reddy and B.Sri Ramalu, he is the gentle men and working hard for poor in his younger age
I recall that when I was working in B'lore (1985-1990) Danave Gowda was a part of RK Heggade's Ministry. He stabbed & brought down the Govt of RKH, by staging a demo by farmers of Hasan, his town.He has a son named Thimme Gowda, who used to come to my Gowda colleague
( orig. from Hasan )& abuse his dad Danave G for his political indiscretions & a total lack of brains.Even a movie theatre run by Thimme seemed to be in ruins for want of attention.
I wonder why DG is not naming TG as the next CM? At least he used to speak sense once in a while.
Lets change representative of people act. And make it truly representative of people.
As of now, you can not do anything if a person, elected by you is not fulfilling his agenda or going back on his words.
There should not be any political party.
The new system should be as follows:
1. There should be local election (like WARD, PANCHAYAT) without involving any political party. benefit of it is local people knows the candidates better as they are from their locality.
2. Elected representative of these wards, panchayat will elect a Mayor among them, with at least 51% votes. All the votes should be open. Means who have voted for and who against.
3. These elected mayors will select the CM of State among them. Again same principle of open voting is applicable.
4. The elected CMs will elect one PM among them. again open voting is applicable.
Now lets put recall-voting principle in place, if a local ward/panchayt member is recalled. And if he is voted for the favor of that mayor (lets assume that mayor has won with 1 extra vote only), that mayor is stands as recalled; Same is applicable to CMs, PM.

5. Now if you think that, the ward representative has elected wrong Mayor and subsequently CM and PM or his policies are not correct, you may recall that representative. But in this case there will be no general election. Only a voting in respective house will be enough. We will save lot of money and will make these people more accountable.
6. Now come the mater of cabinet. None of the elected people will be eligible for minister%u2019s post. There will be outsiders, with professional qualifications on their CVs, who will contest the Ministerial election. And will be elected through open voting system of parliament.
7. The Lower house of parliament will be represented by mayors. There will be committees for different issues. One person among the mayors will be its chairmen. The composition of these committees will be elected by open voting system of parliament.
8. There will be upper house of parliament. Which will be represented by all the CMs of states as well as people elected through teachers groups, doctors groups etc.
Well this was the principle followed in Rom as well as Old Indian system. I think this is true democracy with less expenditure.
A state in India is brought under the President's rule only when the party ruling the State is unfriendly to the Party ruling at the Centre. What I am saying may appear absurd.
But this is how our political parties are accustomed to interpreting the Constitution. Two important factors guide our Indian politics. Power and money. I feel this can be changed when every individual realises that it is important to take part in Politics. They should not think politics is something untouchable or bane. Every eligible Indian must vote. Voting should be linked to extending other citizenry benefits like ration card, reservation, concession, etc. With more people participating, our democracy will be broadbased and vibrating. Why didn't Kumara Swamy & Deve Gowda didn't think of Hindutwa? One is a friend when it suits him and not when it doesn't suit him. let Deve Gowdas be crushed forever. Why didn't they think on so called"Hindutwa lines" when struck a deal for Chef ministership like a leech sucking the power without values.
Bravo Gowdas. How long you can fool people & parties? Whether one supports BJP or not is not the issue but whether one supports betrayers or not is the issue

Please also remember that Mrs Indira Gandhi contested the Lok Sabha election from Chickamagalur!
The time has come to emphasise the importance "Kannadatva" over "Secularism" and "Hindutva" because neither of the latter promise security for Kannada and Kannadigas. It is time to throw northie parties out of Karnataka and build strong regional parties that can work for the cause of Kannada and Kannadigas and represent Karnataka at the centre.
