This is the double standard of Congress politics. I will be happy if Musalmans of India does not blindly believe the gimmicks of Congress and other so called secular parties and keep electing them back at Centre. They are your real enemies and are stabbing you from back.

common mans faith in judiciary is lost with SC's granting of bail to the bomb blast convicts by the TADA Court, Mumbai. Be prepare, alot more surprises are expected from SC. Afsal Guru will also be pardoned by the President and he will contest on congress/CPM/BSP ticket in the forthcoming general Election and will definitely be given the Home/Defence Portfolio and finally made the CM of JK.

We Indians deserve much more for our carelessness and callousness in safeguarding/retaining our dignity and selfrespect.

whats all this fuss about? the article clearly mentions that the SC granted bail ONLY to those who've served half their awarded sentence by trial court.. that seems fair enough..

If so, why did the learned Judge of TADA, Mumbai convict him? He is an outstanding member of Judiciary who has gone through every inch of the documents presented to him by the CBI and has given his final verdict. Further, Sanjay is not a child to be coersed by the Investigating Agency and his confession of possession of banned arms for his self-protection does not carry any water. If so, why did he try to destroy the AK-57 rifle? If the arms were dumped in his Car Shed, was it not his bounden duty to immediately inform his father who was an MP and to the nearest police station about this? Why did he remain silent? These questions even a modern day child will be amused to ask. Let us not say Justice is impartial - but say only to elite and powerful.

What you say is right. But isnt it true for a certain politician who made money on coffins for martyrs, a certain politician who made money on cattle food, a certain politician who made money on defence purchases, a certain politician who made money on funds for earthquake and flood relief victims, ........... The list is endless. Truth is "Goron Ki Na Kaalon Ki, Duniya Hai Paise Waalon Ki"

the supreme court has given the verdict you moron. what does congress have to do with it.. (if you're forgetting this is the same Supreme Court which has not allowed the Congress's proposal or reservations in elite institutions to be implemented)

I pity you Amit. the constitution has already mentioned that, reservation should not continue for more than ten years but has been continued with amenments by successive governments for vote bank. Further the reservation should not exceed 50% which has been interpreted by the SC. Since the government wanted to bring in a legislation for the increase in the percentage, SC stepped in and saved the deserving youngsters from the clutches of money grabbers in educational institutions. I do not know whether you are aware or not, most(90%) of the private institutions starting from kintergarden to Technical and Medical institutions are owned only by Politicians.

it's most unfortunte decision taken by the supreme court. if common man commited any such mistake he/she should deserve the punishment.
the supreme court accept the sanjay dutt bail is not unexpected everyone knows that sunjay will get a bail because of he is celebrity.. he may be the good actor . why indian judicial system will give more attention to such actor like Sanjay and Salman khan??? nobody is above law and order ..

no, Sanjay is not a ordinary person, he is a son of a late MP of Congress. Congress is in obligation to do favours, so the drama goes on and on...
If a national party cannot protect his own party members and their family members, what sort of party is that?

Supreme Court grants bail to Sanjay Dutt
by Vijay K on Nov 27, 2007 01:46 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Even the Supreme Court cannot give justice to Sanjay Dutt; only God can.
And that He will do , but giving him death !!!

Then neither the Supreme Court , nor Dutt's lawyers , nor the money badshah's of filmdom
will be reverse the decision.

God will simply snatch him away from the earth

by madhu d on Nov 27, 2007 01:45 PM  Permalink

dear sir,

it is sad. the hard work of the CBI advocate who did is best in bringing justice. but our honorable suprem court has turn down all the efferts done by the CBI advocate. the CBI adovcate & the TADA judge risked their life and gave the judgement. the hon'ble suprem court should have given some respect to the efferts done by the people. but it has not done so. it is sorry to hear it

Good decision...
by Jesse Mark on Nov 27, 2007 01:44 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

Sanjay Baba has already spent more than 1 year in a dingy 10x10ft cage... He is a good soul...he has not murdered anybody...just had possession of illegal arms...

The law is blind to the Army atrocities %u2026 like shooting down innocent lives all over India especially the NE...What about those corrupt Ministers all over India%u2026 for whom murder is a child's play...Even the Surrendered militants (SULFA in Assam) who have killed many... moves with arms & rules business with gun power...

Atleast this time Supreme Court has shown some senses%u2026

stupid snaju baba fan. its like this, suppose yu store some arms, and the arms were meant to kill someone in your neighborhood - but they werent used at all. yu'd be nailed and yu'd be sorry for your ass in the jail. yu wouldnt get any protection. celebs can get away. same with the munnabhai. gandigiri is only in movies.

Nowbody disputes the cases of otherinjustices. The concerned should be punished in all such cases. Be it ministers in congress, bjp or siva sena or any party. My dear sir,
two wrongs can not make one right.
Juat think of families of those people who were killed in those bomb blasts for that matter in any terrorist attcks. Just because sanju is an actor he should not be treated like a maharaja. I hate him because he is being a celebrity took to arms in comparision to other ordinary terrorists, who took arms for a cause which they believed good for their country / religion etc..
Every peace loving person should condemn this . The court must have taken time just for coming to a conclusion about others in yhis case who r found guilty.
Further, how can anybody expect to gibe judgements as given by Judge Kode after all this tamasha called bailto all convicts in terror activites. Jusy imagine if any of your kith and kin involved in the bomb blasts so common no a days. GOD SAVE THIS COUNTRY full of people like jesse mark.
