Mr.amit jain, is there any political party in India who have any ethics left in them? Why blame only CPM? The root cause of all problems (including communilism) is Congress party. They could not find even one Indian to lead them and had to untimately depend on an imported material!
The problems at Nandigram seems to be more of Ms. Mamata Banerjee's making rather than the ruling left front govt or CPM cadres.

If Bengal was a BJP ruled state, there would have been governor's rule there a week ago after the massacre of protestors. Media (read Rediff) would have been dying for the blood of the chief minister as they are running behind Modi. But as our country is ruled by Italy and China, it is business as usual in China... sorry.. i mean Bengal.

i agree with u to the extent that present CM and ruling party is a misfit...but for electing the wrong party is concerned i dont think the rest of india are very much unlike....alas there is No right party...all the parties are rotten.

I guess immigrants not only came from across the borders..There are so many ppl who hail from the neighboring states of Jharkhand, Bihar and Orissa earling their livelihood in Bengal..Thaz the beauty of the so called "land of the foolish bongs"..Ask those immigrants to leave the state and listen to their replies..This state has given food/cloth/shelter to so many immigrants from all across the country that they can never think of leaving calcutta in the wildest of their dreams..

whatever little progress has been made so far in Bengal is because of Mr. Budhhadeb Bhattachrya.If not for some of his own party members,who hate to see bengal shine and opponent party drama queens, he would have undoubtedly done a far more brilliant job today!

Simple. This is not Gujarat and there is no excuse to create Hindu - Muslim issue and vilify BJP. The media is after all a pet dog of the Congress. You can bet your life if this had happened in Gujarat or any BJP rueld state, this would have been described in world wide media as a national shame and a genocide and Congress would have left no stone unturned to make waves in media and all over India. But what majboori. This is happenening udner sponsorship of their own so called friends and so called secular allies, so it has to be secular and not communal. Why is Laloo not rushing to SC or PMO's office now to take action, like he is chasing for Modi's head?
