NOT A SINGLE CASE IS HANDLED BY CBI PROPERLY FOR THE PAST SEVERAL YEARS. THIS CASE, EVERYTHING IS DONE IN A FOOLISH MANNER. THEY CAN NOT BRING A SINGLE CULPRIT TO JUSTICE... IN THIS COUNTRY ONLY MONEY COUNTS... EARLIER THIS COUNTRY WAS LOOTED BY BRITISHERS.. NOW THE SAME JOB IS DONE BY THE POLITICIANS AND BEAUREUCRATS AND POLICEMEN.
Nithari killings is another example of our sluggish and complicated legal syatem. Agreed that public perception is another thing and proving it in court is another thing but if public perception is almost 90% times true then why it is so difficult to prove it in court? Why agency has not been able to pull out few concrete evidence to substantiate the actual facts? Are we going towards stone age where there was no concept of justice to all????

Problem is that we shout and then get busy in our daily work. we need CONTINUOUS INVOLVEMENT of Media as well as all the public of India to get the justice in this kind of heinous crime cases. Lets all of us join hands toether and awake each other to bring radical change.

When everyone collected their share of money from Pandher. Now the time comes for the CBI to collect their share. Why would CBI be left behind when local MLA, Police officers, Journalists, local MP had collected their share from Pandher.
When there is an illegal activity in any area of India all these people i mentioned earlier get their share from criminals. CBI or judges will get the chance only when the crime noticed in public then CBI enquiry is called or judicial enquiry happens.
He did so much. Dadri project, scholarship to students, money to jobless, widowers, schemes for farmers etc. But he comes from village and supports secularism so u people envy him

Dear Mr Nadeem, I don't know what he did for the Dadri project but If he really wanted the development of Noida he would helped the Companies like Toyota,GM India or Telco to takeover the ailing unit of Daewoo Motor but since these companies were not paying the Dues og Daewoo( It wouldnot have bribed Mr Mulayam) so they were barred.Do you know that Dons like Mukhtar Ansari,Amar Mani & Raja Bhaiya are in his cabinate).Thirdly as you know that he was a Primary school teacher turned Neta Came in power as SAMAJWADI, Do you know the meaning of samajwadi and against the Gandhi family.But now he is scared to get the CBI verify his source of Income that runs in Hundreds of crores.He says that he has earned by selling Milk & milk products near his home town Can You believe him. These are all eye wash.When any heinous thing happens all of us cry for CBI probe or Judicial probe and we will fight till the authorities sanction the same.We wait for an impartial and factual outcome.Now a days their findings are heart renting and again we start to waist our time like this.Do you know the basic reason behind the fast spreading of Naxalists/Maoists/PWG.Its because of denial of justice and suppression.Even when things went out of control our system doesnot react/respond.This nation has produced so many billionaires recently, yet no body gives due attention to the alarming rise of peasant's suicide.
Pandher should be hang till death. If CBI support him by taking money, peaple should do that like Nagpur Case (Peaple stoned down badman). Pagal kutteko pattaronse mara jata hai. that should be result of Pandher.

yes. only sometime back, people lynched a guy called AKKU, IN UP. SOMEPLACE DO NOT REMEMBER. HE WAS SOMETHING LIKE PANDHER, YOU KNOW WHAT. WOMEN SURROUNDED HIM AND KILLED HIM WITH BROOM STICKS, AND BARE HANDS. SO INSPIRATION IS THERE.

Really these bstds deserve this. May be in this way we will bring the radical change in India.
In this type of democracy where Abu salem & Bablu shrivastava type of people are trying to fight for election and already about 75 % of the sitting MP & MLA's are facing several cases of murder,Kidnaping & extortion. What else a common man expect of these CBI as we know that Mr Pandhar owns about 1000 crores of business out of that 50 crores is enough for these CBI after all they are also not god.Now if a SI can stud her file with just Rs 1 lacs what else we people can think CBI is going to ask for.Rs 1 lac is required to get bail against a murder by any siting judge anywhere in this country. How True.....Indeed Everything can be bought in India..Now I hear that Madhumita Murder case, in which accused Amarmani (Who is a sitting MLA from UP-Samajwadi Party) was seeing moving with the Judge himself... I am sure Amarmani will be acquitted in this case also. What else can we expect from a Corrupt Judiciary and corrupt Policemen..MERA BHARAT MAHAAN..
