Keeping a AK-45 rifle attracts punishment.No one keeps ammunitions for his own security.At least if his legendary Father would be alive he would not have such a wrong thing happen in his house but afterall keeping close links with the underworld proves his hands in the blast case.I doubt his innocence.The Law should take correct decision & punish the wrong doers.One cant survive in this bloody war for creating communal tension & destroying peace.We should end this communal war once for all by giving rigourous punishment to the criminals so that no one dares to poison the country's unity & harmony.

if sanjay dutt is not guilty under tada then other too need to be treated fairly and equally
though the courts are impartial and last resort to address the injustice and they hav etired to rectify the wrongs, in this case the judge hasto treat every body bsed on the evidence and if th prosecution is going easy on dutt and harsh on others it is the duty of the judge to take the prosecutor to task
justice is not only done but seen to be done
if sanjay dutt really influenced by gandhi giri
he shd ask the judge to treat everybody equally as gandhiji would have done
I am of the firm opinion right from beginning that sanju is guilty under TADA. The judge , whatever might have been the cicumstances,has not been fair in this case. Those who support people like him think themselves and other celebreties are above law. I do not understand why people support Pataudis.Salmans,etc.They and all others like Manu Sharma,SDantosh Singhs,Sorens,etc be dealt according ti the true soirit of law in the courts.They should be tried for the crimes thry commit under the intoxication of power and populatity.Nobody should be considered a Holy cow. I believe from deep inside my heart that Sunjay should be let free totally as coz he is now a complete changed MAN.he has reformed totally for the better.If our country really wants to be after the criminals the 1st thing they should do is go & shoot all the corrupt ministers like Lallu & Jayalalitha & Buddhadev at their ass. well in that case get every "reformed" prisoner out of the prison. This is the biggest problem with us...if he is a big star, let him go becasue he is a reformed man....well their are thousands of reformed man in our jails...wh don't we get everyone of them out. Just cut the crap...get every such joker in the jail...be it salman, Sanjay, or Nanda (u u forgot, this guy ran over 4 delhi police guys, but got off the hook as he grandfather's conections).

punsihments are also given so that he sets an example to others that deters them from doing it.So i feel for a very serious crime like that sanjay has committed if proved should be punished hardly setting an example to many rich and powerfull .That is what always happens in India the rich and the powerfull always get away from law they have supporters or they have money the laws of the state are only for common man the day every body is treated equal before law India will be a better country for you and me.

yeah why not, he got away with AK 47s and grenades this time, next time let him get some cannons, mortars and if he still feels insecure let him buy a few tanks. i am sure such a reformed person can surely buy these things. you were right, what NEXT.......... who cares for the law isnt it. for a change try slapping a neighbour and see where it lands you, so why should these guys, so called stars have it any differently. definitely not, law should take its own course no doubt, but justice should sahould also be seen as delivered, or else who will follow law if it can be mauled so easily..........

Right Prashant. Look like You r the law of the land ,since u have given your verdict. Write the same thing on the forum if you had lost your Father,mother,brother or sister or your children in the blasts.
