well in that case get every "reformed" prisoner out of the prison. This is the biggest problem with us...if he is a big star, let him go becasue he is a reformed man....well their are thousands of reformed man in our jails...wh don't we get everyone of them out. Just cut the crap...get every such joker in the jail...be it salman, Sanjay, or Nanda (u u forgot, this guy ran over 4 delhi police guys, but got off the hook as he grandfather's conections).
