I think you need to know every facts & figures very well & see thru your eyes only instead of listening thru ears ! Atleast Ms. Mamta Banerjee runs to the spot to be by the side of the victims.When Mr.G.K.Ganghi, grandson of M.K.Ganghi , has condemned the incident ,you need to show some condolense to the victims of Nandigram instead of criticising Ms. Mamata banerjee right now.I think you can take advice of a psychiatrist for mental treatment ,as even after this brutal killing of mankind you are spending time to criticise instead of showing some sympathy to the victims, particularly innocent rural children & women.

When U are in power for so long you start thinking that you are Mr right. It has happened earlier and will repeat in future also. Mr Hitler thought he would rule the world and Mr Saddam Hussain thought he was right in killing people, Mr Bush thinks he can do no wrong. In fact as all these people enjoy supreme power , all their wrong doings are MADE RIGHT by power. Similar is happeneing here with CPI(M) in Bengal. It is only the begining of their end. Hitler and Saddam had perished to mightier opponents , here we are waiting for one mighty oppsition which will resurge from within the Left front.

You can comment anything when u r a mere critiques. Be a victim then u can realise the situation. Let me tell my experience. I am a resident of the village at Nandigram. You know there are so many barren land in our state in West Midnapur, Purulia, Bankura which are not developed enough. The people living in those areas are not getting employment due to non development of those areas. If the Govt is so eager (?) to develop the people of the state they should give attention to those areas first. But unfortunately the ruling party has 100% (by hook or crook) voter in those areas - actually the ruling party has been able to keep them low-earner, low-literate and less-conscious to kept them under control in spite of not providing them the light of development. Now comes to development of industries. It requires infrastructure i.e. Communication, Electricity, IT support and some Tax-holiday. IT does not require very fertile farmers land like us at Nandigram. Infrasture can be provided if Govt has the real will to do so in those backward areas. It will bring equality and lower the disparity among the people in state. Let pray that in near future God will give wisdom to ruling party to realise that they are making another Historical Mistake (As they usually do).

I totally empathize with your views. I have a friend of mine whose house is on the other bank of river haldi just opposite to nandigram and his family is caught up in the same situation as yours. Infact I am from kolkata and on my visit to home this winter i had to travel to kharagpur on road. As we just left howrah we saw a large number of closed mills/small industries and mind you these were just beside the high ways. We were wondering why these were not being used . Someone even mentioned the case of "Hind motor". Well if private land can be confiscated from villagers why can't the land occupied by these mills/ind by used for the same purpose - and these are right beside express ways.
Its a sad situation and doesnot augur well for the future of the state.
Its more sad to see how people so remotely connected either with the place or with the issue(even some bengali NRI s) are commenting
Dear Golden,Hiding behind the name Golden dont write all Iron messages.
The AP police who lost several men in force and who are fighting with Naxals for last 25 years has made them null and void just in 9months.How does this got possible? The ppl of AP after getting fed up with thie mindless violence and after loosing several kin and kith of them started giving the info abt Naxals to police.With the help of ppl just in 9months AP police has crushed them.The remaining Naxals has fled to chattisgharh or neighbouring states. So Army/Police are just men in Khakhi cant do much without the support of their own ppl. Punjab terrorism came to an end not mainly by Police/Army its mainly due to local ppl decided not support the terrorists any more.
The ppl in AP has demanded the govt to cull the naxals wothout mercy so it had been achieved. IF politicians support Naxals/muslim terrorists and if ppl keep voting for the same politicians then no violence could bring down.What Army/police can do when both ppl and politicians are supporting anti-social elements.Police are just tools, using them effectivitely directly lies in the hands of politicians indirectly with ppl.
If u r so much ashamed of this country due to some incidents happen in Manipur/kashmir, by having ppl like this country is much more buring and more ashamed of it.
In stead of saying u r ashamed to live in this country what have u done for this country? If u r so much ashamed u can very well free to leave this country and go your ur %u201Choly%u201D countries. In Pak/Soudi/Iran/Iraq/Afghan who is creating problems? You are the ppl who drink milk here and spill venom on this country.you sort of the ppl are real threat and danger to this country. Those kashmir muslims who say they need freedom , its actually India needs freedom from you ppl. Even pak and bangla are part of India where as muslims came from Afghan?
Now who needs freedom and who has to leave this country? If the native ppl wants peace its just months Police/Army can cull all anti-social elements.If ppl in Manipur/Kashmir have joined hands with terrorists and if they curse Armed forces no one can bring the peace.
Because Naxals are killing ppl so you support muslim terrorism. Both are lazy ppl who took arms and who want to live like parasite on others hard work and other ppls money .
The fate of Nandigram is nothing but they joined hands with Islamic terrorists from Bangla and finally led to brutal deaths.

The CM of WB handed the property by the name of SEZ to the capitalist by free and filling their pockets,the poor ppl from WB are the suffer. so many innocents have been killed but surprisingly ( maybe not ) brinda karat and arundhati roy are absent. same brinda karat who would travel all the way across india to maharashtra to protest against Reliance SEZ is missing now when 12 people are killed in her own state. same arundhati roy who protested against bush killing people in some far off land is hiding when communists have killed 12 innocents in her own home land . the hypocrisy of these 2 has been exposed

Arundhati Roy,Medha patkar,Das gupta,Brinda karat etc etc all these have dual attitude.
These ppl make hue and cry only if they are paid.Thes ppl receive money from west and middle -east to cry againt BJP.Thats all nothing more than that.
Ppl are jokers for them , anyway its the mistake of ppl too who keep voting for culprits like CPM who supported dividing India.
Had this been happened in Guj, by this time these so called intellectuals might be dancing nakedly.
