Mulayam should follow Saurabh Ganguly, If he is truly innocent, He should face the world rather than finding a place to hide, The ultimate is judiciary investigation. If he comes out clean, Indians will definetely respect him. Are you expecting Jaya/Abhishek/Amitabh to conduct enquiry. HA HA U must join the cartoon show.

If he is not the culprit why he is worried about the CBI enquiry. Let CBI conduct an impartial enquiry and find out the truth, as to what extent and how much money he amassed, he, as a chief minister of uttar pradesh. Why he is afraid of the CBI if he is innocent.

Why? CBI is a center Govt. organization at present Sonia and Patil has total controll. So since the election is near why should only one politician is harassed. Many times this supreme court which is supposed to hold high the constitution and has to consider general impact just focusses on individuals and forgets who is the real CBI. It is not FBI under an independent Justice Department. CBI is a department under home ministry. Supreme Court is a constitutional court not a district court. Just come up with superb guidance, like inquire all politicians and their families wealth since 1947. Something like that will create legal standing worth reading in journals not just in daily samchars.

SC did the job and why CRY against CBI.can CBI say no to SC--pls reply evrybody and then curse CBI for their misdeeds.mulayam and other leader from every party wanted a CBI probe as when they got their chancesbut---here is no party to go and ask for CBI probe since now this CBI probe has a legal sanction in this case.above all SC must act fast in this case to create an example.everybody is aware of misdeeds of mulayams lalus paswans karunanidhis jaylalitha communists chandrashekhar gowdas vpsingh congress brijbhushansingh satyadeosingh ajitsingh--so why we curse CBI-let us enjoy sufferings of these VIPs--lalit
