Why? CBI is a center Govt. organization at present Sonia and Patil has total controll. So since the election is near why should only one politician is harassed. Many times this supreme court which is supposed to hold high the constitution and has to consider general impact just focusses on individuals and forgets who is the real CBI. It is not FBI under an independent Justice Department. CBI is a department under home ministry. Supreme Court is a constitutional court not a district court. Just come up with superb guidance, like inquire all politicians and their families wealth since 1947. Something like that will create legal standing worth reading in journals not just in daily samchars.
