The action of the Guv is nothing but a mockery of the judicial system.When the Highest Court of the land has directed CBI to file an FIR in 2003 itself,then where is the need to obtain a fresh sanction to prosecute. It proves once again that a powerful politician can get away scot free. This if allowed will spell death knell for democracy.

You better start learn English till Advanced level. Meaning ------- smell a rat (Idiom): to start to believe that something is wrong about a situation, especially that someone is being dishonest.
