Guv's decision in Taj case

The action of the Guv is nothing but a mockery of the judicial system.When the Highest Court of the land has directed CBI to file an FIR in 2003 itself,then where is the need to obtain a fresh sanction to prosecute. It proves once again that a powerful politician can get away scot free. This if allowed will spell death knell for democracy.
