Hearing that Dutt has not provided with Fan, Bed sheet and toilet. It's pity. Why only Dutt, in my opinion, every prisoner has a life, and basic requirements of fan, beddings, toilets are to be provided even though he may be a great criminal. Who makes them criminals, It's we the public. If government keeps every one happy, no body will become criminal. Understand that first. Pity Dutt saab, this is we have to live with the grace of others. I am sorry about you.

You will pity him if u know the real truth for possessing arms. His father was threatened for helping the victims of Bombay riots, as also every other member of the family. The police were not forthcoming with sufficient security, apparently because they were too busy with the bombing investigations. He has been misled by wrong doers. Dawood and gang were not fall guys at that time.

Why yuo suddenly woke up to the plight of prisoners after a celebrity is jailed? You never bothered about hundreds of thousands of prisoners languishing in jails. Why can't every prisioner be provided with bedsheets, fans etc. These are basic requirements. If politicians enjoy all the luxuries at our costs, then why can't these poor prisioners at least have a fan, bedsheet and decent food to eat.

If Sanjay Dutt is not a criminal,who else is? In spite of having access to all comforts and opportunities of life, he showed criminal instincts and malicious inclinations all through his life, before, during and even after Mumbai blasts.
As Kiron Kher has also rightly said since Sanjay was a known and public figure and in order to show that law is equal for all and does not spare anybody the punishment given to him is so harsh. I think our lawyers, government, judges are forgetting AFZAL GURU>> it should not take 14 years to decide for his punishment. where is the the justice. a person who has shattered the Indian Democracy.

Sanjay Dutt is a Hindu follower (though born to a Muslim mother)but Afzal Guru is a Muslim and hence he will get special treatment.
Ask Manmohan singh, how worried he is about Dr.Haneef. If any other non-muslim was caught in australia they would have never bothered about it (Raman kutty, Mr.Reddy,....all killed).
