hmm...the LAW has found him guilty of indulging Criminal activities. Hence the LAW has termed him a CRIMINAL. Who are you to say he is not a criminal. By stating such opinions you imply that you are above the LAW... grow-up kid !!!
all i can say is "SanjuBaba" should have thought of the eventual and inevitable consequences when he committed the Crimes.
