Well I am sad for Sanjay dutt and his family, but I am happy about sucess of our Judiciary system. Judiciary did the right thing by treating him based on crime not his star status.
This is a tough time for Sanjay dutt but mistakes are mistakes and they haunts.

I wish, sanju could get bail. we have seen him. he has completely changed. gone through tough times. he did those crimes, now he is repenting. he changed his way of life and so he should get bail from supreme court and let him spread message across the country.Following terrorism is following a death shadow.

have you lost any one in blast, have you carried a dead body which has made childrens orphan and made womens widows have you shouldered a dead body of innocent person who went to earn bread for his old parents and they are on the other side of you lifting his body to grave.. if you have seen all these you would have never wished this.. they never did crimes but they were never given a chance to repent???sitting at home and watching Tv and telling munnabhai ko chood doo is easy...

he was not involved in the blast...
Judge Kode himself said that he is not a terrorist.

I am sure you have lost many in bomb blasts.the point is dutt was not involved in the blasts. he is not accused under TADA if you stick to the facts. he is only going to jail because he had a AK56. Now really, owning an AK56 makes you a criminal? the law is stupid.

Hello excuse me , Mr me nu.

i don't have to change my . because i am an indian. 2ndly , i don't go after stardom. my argument was sanju posessed weapons and he did suffer for that . he was not involved in blasts. he was not in conspiracy as well. which shows he was not aware of dawood was planning and some thing Mr. haneef was linked with his family brother who commited crime. ok. when judge said he was not involved in TADA act. then he sentenced him on possessing arms fair enough. he did spent some time in jail. he was on bail for 14 years. living life under scrutiny and obeying court when ever he was demanded. he changed his way of life and he maintained his life in a good way. helping people around.

the court do have to see his social attitude. why the naxalities are called saying u surrender we promise you to give normal life. does that make any sense.

he had his share of punishment and to me it seems to be a bit harsh punishment, this time. it should have been a bit lenient

Does it mean that you can commit a crime and then repent. Imagine the plight of the family members who were killed. If it had been from your family would you express what you have expressed??. He deserves to be punished.

Do you think Sanjay Dutt committed those crimes of killing innocent people? I would have agreed with you if he was directly involved in the Bombblasts, but if you go by this logic lots of actors in Bollywood shd be punished because they have/had some forms of links with Dawood and the names includes biggies like Raj Kapoor, Anil Kapoor, Salman Khan, Jhonny Lever and many more. Just merely knowing Dawood or making some kind of deal with him does not necessarily mean that the person is a terrorist. And remember, he was not such a big name in 80s and 90s. So guys we need to realise that Sanju is not really a terrorist and such a harsh punishment is not very fair.

Dear Ranjiv, whatever you are saying is right, but Sanjay was not involved in the serial blast and he didnt know that such things are going to happen.

Certainly Rajiv, he should get punished. he did spent some time in jail and also he was doing all good to the society and behaving well and that to for 14 years. he was on bail. and behaved and completly changed his attitude.

Atleast he didn't try to escape from his punishment. he had his share of punishment and he was caught for possesing arms which mass destructive. If a punished person reforms his attitude that too for 14 years. what else can u ask to punish him at his old age?
