Sanjay...
by Mahesh on Aug 10, 2007 07:57 AM  Permalink  | Hide replies

One can sympathize with Sanjay but has to be accept the law of the land. All those that say he should be forgiven are stupids that can't see the difference between a movie and real life. India is still a developing country because of people like you. You people want one law for famous and popular and another for common men/women. Please grow up and be proud that the law is applied despite his status. Make this a start and require the same against all the other big and powerful. Also show this anger and agitation against the real ills in the society. Please don't try make judicial process a joke and India a banana republic.

Dear sir, I do appreciate your views but shocked to note that you are viewing only one way of the coin and left other side. First of all why this bomb blast happened in 1993? Who is responsible for this? As on today no body got reason for bomb blast and today also we are suffering from bomb blast. In this bomb blast many people lost their lives and injured. Due to this the family of this people are sufferer. Please not the pressure from the politicians Mr. Sanjay Dutt will be back one day and he will start his film carrier and people will enjoy. But instead of giving punishment why not court fixed some good amount from Mr. Dutt and distribute to sufferer family and ask him to deposit every months some good amouant in the court and instruct the family to withdraw certain amount ffrom the court for their one time bread. In this way three people will get benefit i.e. (1) suffered family (2) Mr. Sanjay Dutt to work hardly (3)some employment in the Court. Punishing Mr. Sanjay Dutt is no benefit to any body because after finishing his punishment he will back and enjoy like any thing. This is only time factor to Mr. Sanjay Dutt. Hope all reader will agree this. Secondly please find out why this bomb blast happened in 1993 and punish them vigrously amd hang them either he may be a Politician, IPS or IAS officers. No mercy for these people then only India is an Independent Country and Law is above all. Hope you all agree my views.

I happy to note all your comments and fully agree with your statements. No one is talking about the people/families who died in this blast. What everyone is going to do for these families. Whoever is responsible for this blasts, should be hanged publicly.

ranjeeth,

Did u lose any one , a bread winner or youth, or a baby, father, wife , mother, son ? Ask those who have cried eversince till they die. What right do u have to create injustice to the sufferers. Do u have any authorisation to question against such legal decisions?....Can u influence the law of the land ? Are u not taking undue advantage to circumvent law?
Requests likeyo rs will make nations systemsbutts of joke.u

Did he commit crime in movies or in real life?

Have your brain in your head Mr.Ranjeeth. Keep watching his movies when you like them. Law of the land will be performing on its own, and not at the behest of stupids like you.

Conviction
by Pankaj patil on Aug 07, 2007 02:04 PM  Permalink

Had sanju been a common/ordinary citizen he would have not met with such harsh punishment,he was victim of few interested politicians, where even his appeal period was rejected and above all probation report was not considered.

This was an injustice done to the citizen of independent country.

Everyone i equal before law, so was sanju to be convicted, but the other side of coin says that
" if person given chance to proove his good conduct and when he has justified and met requirements and by deposing whenever required.

i really feel that justice kode should have given a thought when making statement as " sanjay was given permisiin whenever required to travel for shoots" so that was the reason why he has to be convicted now?

Sanjay Dutt gets 6 years jail, leniency plea rejected
by Rajinder Katoch on Aug 07, 2007 12:42 PM  Permalink

What happened to his Gandhigiri? Like Congress, he has also misused Gandhi, earned money using Gandhi's name. This is the real testing time for him. why is he smoking cigratte in jail a public place? When post-screening of Munna bhai 2, he said he is fan of Gandhigiri, god has given him 6-years very less punishment. He should actually show to the world that he is a true believer of Gandhi.

but what about tiger memon and dawood ?
by Patriot on Aug 07, 2007 12:39 PM  Permalink

Why nothing is being done about them ? They were the main perpetrators and culprits..and in all this media hype over this sentence and associated trials, the core has been sidelined ( as usual ) .. is this weak country of weaklings headed by weaklings and run by weaklings ever going to take decisive steps to combat terror and deliver justice.. ?? To put a film star behind bars is easy, but what about the main culprits? No news.. no coverage.. No pronouncements.. everyone seems to have forgotten about that. The inability to catch and put the main culprits behind the atrocity is indeed a matter of shame.. and unfortunately nobody seems to be noticing or highlighting that
