Had sanju been a common/ordinary citizen he would have not met with such harsh punishment,he was victim of few interested politicians, where even his appeal period was rejected and above all probation report was not considered.
This was an injustice done to the citizen of independent country.
Everyone i equal before law, so was sanju to be convicted, but the other side of coin says that " if person given chance to proove his good conduct and when he has justified and met requirements and by deposing whenever required.
i really feel that justice kode should have given a thought when making statement as " sanjay was given permisiin whenever required to travel for shoots" so that was the reason why he has to be convicted now?
