He should be given more punishment for many reasons ... Moreover, people of our country should stop watching movies of this anti-national fellow. Also - people should understand how this family is - and whether his sister has rights to be member of parliament.
And worst thing - such ppl as Sanjay Dutt shouldn't malice Gandhiji's image by talking about Gandhigiri - else people will think that such ppl only do Gandhigiri ...

i agree...and hope he does not come back to movies..when i watched parineeta my only disappointment was this character...He should have been sentenced for 10 yrs. still Bravo Judge Kode
I am very Happy on decision on court. It is very less punishment and asper the crime he should be punished under TADA .
All other criminals in Bomb blast should be blasted in Bomb blast in front of relatives of dea person in blast. Sanjay Datta is white color criminal and the crime was realy anticountry activity.

Treating Sanjay jst because he followed Gandhian principles in a movie is ridiculous. Its like the Hindi saying 'Billi sau Chuha khaya aur haj pe nikla'
MR. DUTT HAVE ALREADY SUFFERED A LOT DURING LAST 14 YEARS HE WAS UNDERTRIAL FOR 18 MONTHS SO I THINK 6 YEARS IS TOOOO MUCH. HE SHOULD HAVE BEEN IMPOSED BY A VERY HEAVY FINE FOLLOWED BY SENTENCE OF 2-3 YEARS. I THINK THIS JUDGEMENT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER. HE WILL NOW GO TO SUPREME COURT AND THE CASE WILL STRETCH FOR ANOTHER 2-3 YEARS. BY THIS TIME MR.DUTT WILL HONOR ALL HIS COMMITMENTS AND TURN 50 AND HENCE WILL BE LET OFF LETS WAIT AND WATCH BUT PITTY ON MR.DUTT WHO IS GOING THRU THIS TRAUMA

Do we show trauma to all those who suffer. The law must be uniform, just because he is an actor, why should be given special treatment, we need to judge things objectively. So many ppl convicted have trauma and financial obligations, get over it!

hey what happened to the case of salman khan who shot animals and who killed a man in drunken drive
he have commit enough offense when he was mature enough. he was out on bail because of his father.Judges are correct he did crime he deserves jail ,it does not matter how big the personality is ....
at last he got what he deserve. inspite of all his friends and influence in UNDERWORLD & GUTTERWORLD (POLITICS)he got it. at last the victim of 93 blast and my city MUMBAI got justice. Ab hum fakra ke saath kah sakte hain JAI HIND.

I always compare Sajay Dutt with Salman Khan. With two offences Salman always running away. Dancing in front of media when released on bail from imprisonment. Where as Sanjay Dutt already faced imprisonment for his misdeeds.
