perfect discussion
by on Jul 31, 2007 02:43 PM  Permalink

judge has taken the perfecct discussion.

the one has comitted the crime should relize his mistake.

It doesnt make any difference if sanjay dutt is a famous among all.

There are people who has suffered in the blast unecessarily, than Sanjay Dutt has comitted a crime ,so he should suffer for what he has done. This might give a lesson others who comitte crime. And I think one should always be ready to except the mistake(whatever it may be) and should ready to have punishment,as it is said "jaisa kaam karoge vaisa fal tumko mileja"

Sanjy Dutt's Sentence
by on Jul 31, 2007 02:42 PM  Permalink

Many people love him as an actor but not as a person helping to terrorists or terrorist act in our own country. This imrpisonment he got is for his illegal did and we should take it positively. This is the time for him to learn a lesson. The Honarable Juge Mr Kode has done right thing Congratulations sir, I salute you.

Its good to hear that law still prevails. We have always been taught and only seen in films that the truth wins but this is the first time we have experienced it. This is the pefect justice for all those who were killed in 1993 serial blasts.

Justice Delivered
by Sreenivas Kathera on Jul 31, 2007 02:42 PM  Permalink

Why do people have such a profound and insatiable need to idolise other people, who may or may not deserve their idolatry? Why does Sanjay Dutt need weapons? Why does he attend parties hosted by Dawood? I applaud judge Kode for giving the right judgement. The jude=ge was not pronounced on Sanjay Dutt the actor, it was passed on Sanjay Dutt - who thought he could do anything because of his power and influence. One should understand that by promoting himself by portraying patriotic roles, getting TV channels to do programmes on the good deeds that he is doing doesn't relieve him from the crime he has committed. God Bless Kode. God Bless India.

I Love India.

to err is human, to forgive is human too !
by ashish arora on Jul 31, 2007 02:42 PM  Permalink  | Hide replies

there is nothing better than positive action that suggests remorse. and i personally think sanjay dutt has displayed enough of it. the actor has lived a life replete with turmoil, personal tragedies and chaos. his so-called involvement with the blasts has been needlessly tossed up by the judiciary. in fact, made a mockery of it. given his low profile public life ever since and good acts, its a pity that he was sentenced to 6 years. there are v few role models in this country, and putting this man behind bars is extremely unfortunate for the people of this country. hope the supreme court treats him fairly. let not justice, but humanity prevail !!!!!!

why unfortunate? he has comiitted a crime and he is paying for it. Should have happened long ago but for our judicious system. A terrorist,a drug addict, a spoilt brat of an illustrious father and mother, there cannot be a single tear lost for such humans. These are deshdrohis and cannot be pardoned.

friend, sanjay is indirectly involved in bomb blast at mumbai. We lost more than 200 of our brothers and sisters. Do u think he had kept AK 47 rifle only for playing? Why do u support him?? I think u r supporting him seeing his Munnabhai films? He is a good actor but not a good citizen of India. U wont speak like this when u had lost your relative in Bombay Blast

SAD but not unexpected -Sanjay Dutt's Six Years Imprisionment by SUNIL RAI ,NEW DELHI
by SUNIL RAI on Jul 31, 2007 02:42 PM  Permalink

The judgement pronounced against Sanjay Dutt is definitely sad but is something which was definitely expected.Had he been let off without this ,it would have given the wrong signals to the whole of the world that in India the justice distinguishes between the haves & have nots.If this was pronounced for some body else ,no body would have felt so bad ,though the crime would have been the same.So why feel sad about him ,if he was involved in the crime ,he must taste the repurcussions.

my Pillai..i think u are a big joke..

"six years for keepin a weapon which was unused and destroyin it later". Do you know that AK 47 is an illegal weapon. Why did he need it. for self security. then everyone in this country should be allowed to keep one.
and what about all the time he did " ha bhai" " ok bhai" to dawood and enjoyed his influence in bollywood.
just that a "Star" happens to get all the priviliges in this country. what about the poor people who died.
Don't confuse the real issue. If one offender goes scot free, it cannot be used by other offender to go scot free.
having said that...i don't think he would goto jail. they would apeal in SC for the next 10 year. then he would get some ailment adn he will live from the hospital comfortabily...
after all his sister is a MP

crime, whether past or present, is crime...for which one has to undergo punishment... like that every criminal will change their life after commiting whatever crime they wanted to...this is no justification...
