Why do people have such a profound and insatiable need to idolise other people, who may or may not deserve their idolatry? Why does Sanjay Dutt need weapons? Why does he attend parties hosted by Dawood? I applaud judge Kode for giving the right judgement. The jude=ge was not pronounced on Sanjay Dutt the actor, it was passed on Sanjay Dutt - who thought he could do anything because of his power and influence. One should understand that by promoting himself by portraying patriotic roles, getting TV channels to do programmes on the good deeds that he is doing doesn't relieve him from the crime he has committed.
