i want to know the exect date of birth and bith time of mr. sanjay dutt for studying his future. pt. rakesh kumar gautam gaura middle hamirpur hp email rakeshg2006@yahoo.com
I am happy to know that Sanjay Dutt is released from jail....he did big mistake long back and he comitted for that & he was punished for the same.....but after long time in the same case again law is going to punish him this is not right actually.....it shows that how our governmet works, after so many years govt. realised that he is criminal.....i must say law and rules are equal for everyone but one who commits and ask for justice than law has to look on the other side also, govt. must give chance to to him to live a good life futher....sanju did this crime to protect his family, he was not having any wrong intention in his mind to harm the Nation.....he did crime of keeping illegal weapons at his place and for this he got punishment and i request the law and govt to allow him to prove his innocense and let him live a normal life.He is Very good entertainer, and one who makes others laugh is not that bad from his heart.....god bless him with good future life and many more good movies....have great time ahead. Seema, I wish you brother or sister would have died in that blast. I would like to see , how easy it's for you to forgive that criminal jerk....get it?? Get out of your blanket and air condition room lady and smell some coffee,,,His actions are responsive to kill people..
Reminds me of statement some one made about Eiffel Tower, to satisfy the Frenchmen%u2019s ego they made Eiffel Tower, which reminds them of an erect PHULLUS.
Likewise for some reason Sanjay Dutt found pleasure in keeping /holding AK 47 in his hands. But see where it%u2019s landed him.
But this guy... SALMAN needs to be punished for his deeds; he gets drunk and goes around killing poor and innocent people sleeping in the pavement, middle of the night and right royally escapes. He goes on hunting endangered or protected species, that too revered by group of people, then walks around happily as if nothing happened. Some one must teach him to abide by law and respect other human beings and their feelings.

I fully agree with your statement. Why courts are taking such a long time for small cases. It is waste of time and money of everyone involved. An immediate decision will be beneficial to all.
Unlike some of the messages I have seen here that call for his forgiveness, nothing should be above the law of the land and not respecing that is a root cause of the problems in India. It does not matter how long ago a person committed a crime or whether they have become a good person later, they must be held accountable for their crimes no matter how many years have past. This is the basis for the Western Legal establishment and also the basis for prosecuting Nazi war criminals 50 years after their crimes were committed. No one is above the law, and Sanjay had no right to bear illegal arms that had links to people who would destroy India. If tomorrow one of your children became linked to a terrorist group, do you think the law would be relax? Of course not, it would prosecute to the full extent. Sanjay Dutt is guilty and should face the full punishment. If he had any love for his country he would never have rekated himself to such underworld/terrorist types. And if he claims he was seeking protection from the Hindus (which he did claim), then why is he living in India which has Hindus in every corner of the country? And why is he now flashing a huge tilak on his forehead? Perhaps to gain sympathy.
In the West no one is above the law. If India starts upholding the law, especially against politicians, our nation can truly become great. Sanjay Dutt is guilty and needs to be made an example of. No one is above th law.
Sanjay Dutt is not as innocent as he seems to be if an odinary person would have kept Arms like AK56 he would haave been given the worst punishment but where as some politicians i had seen on the T.V openly supporting sunjay Dutt I times think that are these politicians here to sell this country . according to me sanjay is a criminal and he should never be pardonned or any reprive given by the apex court if this is done the international community will laughf at this country already they know what is going on in our country. Santosh menon.

what abt YAKUB then and that 60yr old lady and the lady whose kids has just started to go to school? Everyone changes after the crime to save their a-ss Sanjay is no different!
it is strange that many persons, including some bollywood people like dilip kumar, saira bano and congressmen like sibbal, want the law to b lenient to sanjay, just bcoz he is an actor and son of sunil dutt and nargis. why a peace loving person will keep ak 56 rifle in his house? also the court has found that Dutt had not merely committed a criminal act, but also told three others to commit criminal acts on his behalf.

dear ram sharma, once again i raise this question. What punishment was given to the shivsena MP for having weapons during mumbai riots?? what punishment was given to modi for gujarat riots what punishment was given to advani for demolishing a masjid?

dear george
what punishment was given to whom and for what fault has no relevance to sanjay's case. sanjay deserves the punishment for keeping ak 57 rifle and his asking 3 others also to do so. there is no doubt about this. many others have been given the sentence of life prison and death in this case. can u tell me why should sanjay b treated differently?
First of all, the trial of Sanjay Dutt was wrong, as the alleged crime of keeping firearms was done by him at the time of Riots and Not Blasts, therefore the Trial of Sanjay should have been conducted with the high profiled Politicians, Police Personels and the culprits indicated in Shrikrishna Commission Report, which could have even saved him from the rigour of Trial also.
One can sympathize with Sanjay but has to be accept the law of the land. All those that say he should be forgiven are stupids that can't see the difference between a movie and real life. India is still a developing country because of people like you. You people want one law for famous and popular and another for common men/women. Please grow up and be proud that the law is applied despite his status. Make this a start and require the same against all the other big and powerful. Also show this anger and agitation against the real ills in the society. Please don't try make judicial process a joke and India a banana republic.

Dear sir, I do appreciate your views but shocked to note that you are viewing only one way of the coin and left other side. First of all why this bomb blast happened in 1993? Who is responsible for this? As on today no body got reason for bomb blast and today also we are suffering from bomb blast. In this bomb blast many people lost their lives and injured. Due to this the family of this people are sufferer. Please not the pressure from the politicians Mr. Sanjay Dutt will be back one day and he will start his film carrier and people will enjoy. But instead of giving punishment why not court fixed some good amount from Mr. Dutt and distribute to sufferer family and ask him to deposit every months some good amouant in the court and instruct the family to withdraw certain amount ffrom the court for their one time bread. In this way three people will get benefit i.e. (1) suffered family (2) Mr. Sanjay Dutt to work hardly (3)some employment in the Court. Punishing Mr. Sanjay Dutt is no benefit to any body because after finishing his punishment he will back and enjoy like any thing. This is only time factor to Mr. Sanjay Dutt. Hope all reader will agree this. Secondly please find out why this bomb blast happened in 1993 and punish them vigrously amd hang them either he may be a Politician, IPS or IAS officers. No mercy for these people then only India is an Independent Country and Law is above all. Hope you all agree my views.
we have not been able to hang afzal guru - due to vote bank politics - who has been convicted of his crme of attacking the parliament and u r talking of hanging people behind the bomb blast!
it was right for sanajy dutt to get the punishment he deserved.

I happy to note all your comments and fully agree with your statements. No one is talking about the people/families who died in this blast. What everyone is going to do for these families. Whoever is responsible for this blasts, should be hanged publicly.
