i agree dowry laws are higly misused by a women her family and lawyers to falsely implicate the husbands family , but if it was a lay man in place of arjun he would have been immediately arrested by the police and been charged under section 498 a non bailable and a cognisable offence.money will also be extorted by the corrupt police. the accused will have to prove innocence after he faces the humilation .why has arjun singh been not arrested. Does india have 2 sets of laws one for the ministers and one for the layman.
