i agree dowry laws are higly misused by a women her family and lawyers to falsely implicate the husbands family , but if it was a lay man in place of arjun he would have been immediately arrested by the police and been charged under section 498 a non bailable and a cognisable offence.money will also be extorted by the corrupt police. the accused will have to prove innocence after he faces the humilation .why has arjun singh been not arrested.
