I read the interview of Haneef with Aussie cops. He seems to have struggled a lot in his life to support his family in India as well as trying to repay his debts. He seems very principled in paying back his debts (thou financially struggling he is sincere in paying debts regularly even to this BIL).
He is living an oridinary middle class life struggling to lift all his family's status up in the society. It is unfortunate that his simple deeds like trusting his cousin by giving him his SIM card and stying with another for four or five days when he failed in his exam landed him with all this troubles.
All I felt going through the interview is how true his actions were. We all would have done exactly the samethings in our life. I hope he will get out of this soon and resume his life back. I extend all my sympathies to him and his family. - Pavan

pavan 'mohammed' kumar u don't have to give us his character certificate. He's screwed the asiain docs name enuff in Ais and UK thankfully Us is not affected by this otherwise we would be in soup.

Arnold you are funny. No part of Hinduism requires trying to convert others. I don't know a single Hindu who is even interested in converting people. Sorry, but you are simply wrong on this. I am half Hindu and half Christian. My Hindu side of the family cannot care less what and if I practice. Aronld if you are a Christian you should go to a Muslim country and preach. Let me know how that works out for you. Or are you already a Muslim?

u know nothing abt this case, so please refrain urself from making such stupid comments. Haneef is nothing bt a scapegoat as John Howard is sure to lose the elections to Kevin. Nothing bt simple politics; and by the way, he is not guilty of anything and also he was charged of RECKLESSLY providing sim card; though it had nothing to do with the blasts. For ur knowledge, wen coppers asked him abt the blasts n killings, his response was, all that was Human Blood.He just want to be a successful Medical Professional.
