Abu Salem kind of people born in the society due to corrupted officers. Every Indian should realize that and Law and Order should punish them. As long as the corrupted officers are in this society - every day on Abu salem will born. Its shame that we never see any corrupted officer brought to justice only the skape goats like Abu Salem.

Come on.... wake up and clear your head. "Scape goat like Abu Salem".... you got to be joking. He is pure evil and needs to be shot in public. As far as corruption in the system exists, who promotes & encourages it? It's us, the people of India. Going by your logic, should everyone become an anti-social person and a hard-core criminal like Abu Salem?
FYI, he was a driver in Delhi before moving to Mumbai and there is no story (self-admitted or otherwise) of any 'system failure' that lead him to be a gangster!
It's time to wake up and fight it instead of formulating a pretext for likes of Abu Salem!
