Well done Indian Govt. Next step, to expell Australia envoy from India. Our PM is truely secular and well wisher of muslims. On behalf of this govt (please excuse me..), I invite all terroists (our muslim bhai preferred)to come in india, explore, how beautiful is, come and become cab minister.

Wow wow wow, why don't you take citizenship in pakistan as this is what they are doing and your thought so rightly match with theirs, infact they would probably make you a minister there....

Very Sad to read that still people divide country on religion. And inviting terroist to take over country. I wonder to whom these people are good to.
I am not appreciating India to be so lasy in reacting towards the well being of their citizen but at the same time I wouldnt expect an Indian to call for terorsit to rule them.

also hoping that the pmo office is providing the honourable pm with sleeping pills so that he may sleep in the night .... since now that haneef has been formally charged ... the pm must have completed lost his sleep, appetite & desire to live .......
In Chat shows in Australia, people r calling and saying that Pakistan & India both have terrorists...While Pakistan/Musharaf is removing them from pakistan..Indian Govt. is doing nothing..
This is the view of people...Who is responsible..Current Govt.
We need leaders like Indira to stample life out of these terrorists...Advani is a good choice...Hope BJP wins next time..

It is a shame on the current Govt. of India. If Australians are having a feeling that India is not doing anything to fight terrorism the blame goes squarely to UPA. The fact remains that India is sufferring from terrorism, which is created by Pakistan. Now Pakistan has lost control over the terrorists and Musharaf wants them away from his country. If the Indian Govt. did not wake-up these terrorist will find a safe heaven in India.

Ananta, If you can't love India and want that India should be declared as terrorist supporting country, then you are anti-national idiot and may be an ISI agent
Maybe, a majority in the electoral college is still with Mrs Pratibha Patil, but what ultimately matters is not arithmetic, but the importance of ethics and moral values in public life.
It is these values that really nurture the idea of good democracy verses an Italian one.
A P J Abdul Kalam 10264 Votes 79% Pratibha Patil 1161 Votes 9% Bhairon Singh Shekhawat1443 Votes 11%
Total Votes : 12868
Only 4 Days to go and A P J Abdul Kalam is still in the lead while Bhairon Singh Shekhawat is in second place and the Congi party's dubious lady is trailing behind them.
1. The full facts are yet to be out though, from the little available information(news channels need to get more info rather than getting into rhetoric), it doesn%u2019t appear to be a fit case for arrest. Hanif is charged with %u2018Recklessness%u2019 than %u201CIntention%u201D by providing a SIM card. A SIM card is an innocuous item available everywhere and can be possessed by anyone unlike a gun. Pressing charges for giving a SIM card to a cousin(whom he apparently believes is no terrorist) is like charging a car owner- for %u201CRecklessness, for not verifying the beggar%u2019s antecedents and his possible intentions%u201D- who gives a tenner to a beggar near a traffic signal who in turn uses that ten rupees to buy a knife and kill someone. 2. Looks like the Australian State wants to keep a leash on Hanif for possible info. It%u2019s not vindictive but then there is also the spirit of law to follow, isn%u2019t it? 3. Manmohan Singh%u2019s Govt%u2019s reaction is welcome; every Govt., in the world protects its citizens, at least till they are convicted. Since Manmohan after expressing his feelings for the family can not take his foot back he is doing whatever he can! 4. But why not MEA summon Saudi Arabia%u2019s Ambassador and display the same energy and anxiousness when hundreds of its citizens are put behind the bars and executed by sword in the Middle East and elsewhere? 5. Manmohan%u2019s premature comments unwittingly translate to as it was said %u201CYES! HE IS A BASTA*D, BUT HE IS OUR BASTA*D!%u201D
