Lets accept that violence is not a justification for anything. The only way to get out of this mess is to use completely non-violent means against violent actions. We only need to apply rule of law and put criminals behind the bars. Ad of course no death sentence.

A lot of the blame for the rise of Islamic terrorism in India must go to the organizations like Al Qaida, ISI etc. But a considerable amount of the blame must go to the so called "secular" media for making the monorities feel as if they are the victims of Hindus and the west.

Its not a secular mindset which is bad but lack of secularism in congress and left front which is the cause. Minoritism is communalism and not secularism. These people are communal while using the word secular much like BJP using Hindutva when there is nothing Hindu about their way of thinking.

Agreed. Secularism in the true sense is acceptable. An irreligious person like me has no choice but to go with the BJP alikes when the media, so called intellectuals and the main political parties have been preaching and practicing minority pampering since the independence.
Why does it becomes communal if someone says he is a proud Hindu, but the same does not apply to minorities.

There is no answer to this non-sense and I do not believe any Muslim will answer this. The Indian state is not identified by any particular religion. It is a secular country with equal protection for all religion. The citizens of the country are only bound by the constitution of the counrty and any idea or implementation that violates the basic structure of the constitution is to be punished.

Dear s, India is a secular country. It was never a muslim mulq even when muslims ruled india for a few hundred years. All the muslims who wanted an islamic nation, have migrated and all those who consider India as their motherland, are living there, faithful to their homeland. Just like you have whites in zimbabwe who decided to stay there even after the country achieved the independence and those who had no love for zimbabwe, went back to england. Well I find the anti-muslim rants a bit disturbing and against Hindu ethos. I must point out a few distortions in your thinking about Hindus 1) Muslims are about a billion strong and the world's population is 6 billion making them about 16.667% and Hindus are about .8 billion which is about 13% of the world population. If you add all related Hindu religions like Buddhism then that would make it about 25% or more Hindus in the world. 2) Hindus on an individual and group basis have more scientists, engineers and other academics than the christian and muslim world put together. Only jews seem more educated. 3) Hindus possess enough arms and nuclear weapons to wipe out much of the muslim world around it. In alliance with Israel - it can single handedly fight multiple wars against a combined Arab, Iranian and Indonesian army. 4) Hindu diaspora is spread accross the world and is the wealthiest , most educated and the richest. So even if a stray nuke destroys Delhi or Bombay - Hindu civilization will flourish and even grow more as in retaliation some of the neieghbouring countries would have got wiped out. enough ????

He is forgetting, 10 centuries of rule by them 150 years of rule by british couldnt wipe out the basic grain of Indian Culture. It is sad that the child rears its ugly head against the mother which nurtured it! The gentleman whom you have addressed, keeps issuing threats and questions about proving the proper lineage i.e. son of one father! Please report objectively! Lets not forget congress ruled India for a long 45 years before they were dethroned and the other parties inherited the liability and the legacy of the Congress! If the present Gujarat Government is perceived to be a hitler like state, how come all the communities are living together, conducting business as usual and there have been, God bless, no civic disturbances since 2002 - Compare this with the statistics around the country, especially Tamil Nadu, where a CM's illegitimate son goes around attacking commercial establishments, taking away lives and still manages to avoid the hands of law! How come the media is silent on these issues?
