Guys for humanity sake don't discuss Indian or Muslim Doctor.. Dr Haneef an Indian.. is enough to bring stigma on our face. Australian not only open their ports but their heart to welcome and provide respectable place in society. In this case which is 100% proved so far that Dr Haneef has some sort of link with UK bomber may be friendly then too at this time he was supposed to go directly to police station rather than buying one way ticket. If he had done so you guys could have never been able to know his name or.... NOw Medical board will definitely cancel his registration and he had already brought other indians and specially other doctors .... high degree of troubles... Shame on Haneef.... At last I will pray for him to come safe if he has nothing to do with bombing

Taj is the Indian heritage the way Bamyan Budha Statue was the Afganistan's heritage.Isn't it.What did the Afganistan,the Muslim country did.Were they proud of of Bamyan Budha.Mind you,Budhists did not attack and capture Afganistan.The colossal Statue was carved out by the then Afganistanis with pride.See what a change Islam brought in their lives that they were not proud of their National heritage.On the other hand,Hindus,the real idiots, are doing every thing to see Taj in the list of seven wonders of the world
I was watching news on BBC and CNN today, and to my SURPRISE they are highlighting the word INDIAN each time and the news is continuously telecasted.
VERY STRANGE the NATIONALITIES of other 7 convicts except one from Jordan is not TELECASTED and HIGHLIGHTED, WHY???????????????????
I dont know whether the Indian caught is a culprit or not as i read this on rediff right now BUT persons watching NEWS ALL OVER WORLD WILL ONLY REMEMBER THE WORD "INDIAN" even if the person charged is set free LIKE WHAT HAPPENED IN SPAIN BOMBING CASE WHERE THESE "WESTENERS" highlighted too much the word INDIAN and the persons were found INNOCENT, BUT NO APOLOGY WAS MADE.
I request all that lets ask WHY THEY WANT TO TARNISH IMAGE OF INDIA, and WE SHOULD CONDEMN this act of BBC and CNN.

Thats WHAT I couldn't understand either! The western media didn't want to braodcast the religious identities of the suspects, lest it 'hurt'the sentiments of the muslim community, yet they had no qualms about reiterating the INDIAN identity of the suspects, over and over again. Almost all European media, including the Dutch media, kept repeating that the suspect was an INDIAN doctor.
What hypocricy of the western media! According to them, its NOT OK to mention the nationality or religion of the non-Indian suspects, but it OK to mention the nationality of any criminal from India?

If you know how indian muslims feel comfort with other muslims when they are out of India this episode was just a matter of time. It was waiting to happen.
I guess in a couple of days we will know if there is any malicious intent. But judging by his one way ticket and lack of resigning his post it appears suspicious. Further more his relations are in Pakistan as well.

presumably two things 1) those convicts were arrested yesterday and the day before -> so old news 2) sensationalize the news that it is overseas in Australia along with the one way ticket w/o notifying the employer....

Buddies, if you really love our country so much, try and do something for its betterment. One thins which ALL of us can do for sure is to keep an unbiased and neutral view to all the events. That atleast will prevent large scale hatred in our motherland, and will strengthen our inter-community ties. This, in turn, will lead to forming a bigger, better and focused team working to develop themselves and their country. Another thing, please don't jump to conclusions without finding out the whole thing - anything - for yourself. What is "obvious" is not always "the truth". Don't be misled by the media and economic politics. Stay calm, stay focussed. We have miles to go before we cease to exist, but together that journey will be a memorable one. Btw, did I tell you I am a Muslim, and that I am an Indian? And you know what, I am proud to be both! So, just shun all the hatred and bias, and march forward! God bless my country and all mankind.

Jehadis are playing havoc who killed in lakhs if not in crore or more.But we must know it is no fault of Muslims.It is their religious book and their prophet who instigate them to kill,loot and rape , kidnap kafirs' girls as this pious act gives them shavab.I request you to read Hindi translation of Quran by authors most respected by Muslims- Sayyad Modoodi and Mohd.Faruq Khan.How can we believe in Bhai Chaara of BP when their Quran orders(sura 3 Aayat 118)them not to befriend people of other faith.Muslims respect quran a lot.So how can they treat you,Mr BP,a friend,when their holy books forbids them.They befriend u for the cause of Islam.Their firendship will come handy in Jehadi deeds.It isthe educated Muslims doing terrorist/Jehadi's activities.These two Indian doctors are not illitrates.The seven Pakistanis(earstwhile Indians) who blew up world trade centre and killed 5000 innocents were highly educated from Indian standards.They could fly plane,big thing for Indians.Their Baap,Osama Bin Laden,is a highly educated and very rick person.Any how,see what more quran says.Allah orders through this book in sura 2 ,Aayat 161 wherever they(Hindus,Christians Yahoodis etc)meet you,kill them and ayat 163 orders them to keep fighting till idol worshippers vanished and Allah's religion viz Islam spreads all over.So the Hindu,the idol worshipper, how can they be your friends.

We have to educate the western media that only Hindus are true Indians all the muslims in India are garbage used only for vote bank and cannot be called as Indian citizens

Yes the hindus/christians/buddhists etc., working in gulf create trouble like this...Can you imagine what will happen if anyone incites any smallish trouble...
I am working for NHS(National Health Service) i UK aswell.There are thosands of doctors,nurses and paramedics from Indian subcontinent who work here.Infact 1/3rd of doctors~11,000 are overseas doctors of which most of them are from India,Pakisthan,Bangladesh and srilanka.For most of these workforce its such a tremandous oppurtunity to gain experience,since its so structured and ethical practice here.Also the amount of money that has flown to India from workforce here is in billions!! Its shocking that some one from India qualified as doctor can get into such an attrocity just in the name of religion. Its COMPROMISING so many lives.As such asians are always suspect post 9/11,Indians had a bit of an excuse(atleast thats what we thought all these days),but now..who knows????!!! Every Hospital will be suspicious of employing a overseas doctor. I just hope these guys from India are cleared off their charges.

BTW it is always in the eyes of the beholder. Even if someone looks at us differently we think about post 9/11 world. It is in the same britain that many Indians have done well, there was a huge outcry for Shilpa, IIFA awards took place in Yorkshire etc., So if we want to stay here let us not second guess ourselves or else we can all move to India...

Britain thrived based on its Indian connection. The empire was built and attained fame only becoz of India...Atleast in UK 90% of the people will know what India is not in some vague countries like Canada etc.,
Also India has the persistant problem with Pakistan. The western media has been so.o worried about possible india-pak attacks and the whole world knows how fragile the faith relations is back in india... There will be incidents - occasionally some idiots will incite problem but I guess we have got to ignore it. Otherwise what is the point...
