I am working for NHS(National Health Service) i UK aswell.There are thosands of doctors,nurses and paramedics from Indian subcontinent who work here.Infact 1/3rd of doctors~11,000 are overseas doctors of which most of them are from India,Pakisthan,Bangladesh and srilanka.For most of these workforce its such a tremandous oppurtunity to gain experience,since its so structured and ethical practice here.Also the amount of money that has flown to India from workforce here is in billions!! Its shocking that some one from India qualified as doctor can get into such an attrocity just in the name of religion. Its COMPROMISING so many lives.As such asians are always suspect post 9/11,Indians had a bit of an excuse(atleast thats what we thought all these days),but now..who knows????!!! Every Hospital will be suspicious of employing a overseas doctor. I just hope these guys from India are cleared off their charges.
