Article 356 should be abolished. Any state government voted in by the people should not be dismissed. Perhaps there is other ways to take care of what article 356 tried to safe guard.
I would be interested to see if other federal setup have such provisions in their constitution

to be very frank, Indian constitution does not give a chance to the people of India to give their voice. the constitution is imposed upon the Indian when British so-called left. we are still slave and one cannot hope any good to be delivered from the constitution of India as it was selected by referendum or elected people who created this constitution. So why expect. try for true freedom of India now from so-called own people.
All these discussions are becoz of irresponsible court judgement. Courts should give their judgements after deliberating the consequences of their judjements and should clearly give a way forward after the judgements. For last 4 years illegal govt. ruled UP and when election are nearing, Courts have created a controversy. No one is bothered common man.

right you are. why the courts should bother common man it is for rich people. Can we really have faith in our judiciary where the judges are not accountable for their wrong judgements as they are observed in the upper courts? Courts in India just cannot do anything but people of India can if we are desirous of free nation and Bhagat Singh, Udham Singh, Chandrashekher or Subhashchandra. Now this impotant india cannot render people who can really fight for freedom of this country. Majority of educated people illusioned that India become a free nation on 15th August 1947 by mean of non-violance principles of Gandhi and Nehru who were british agents
yes. let the congress call the commies bluff. and that is what it is! let them dare to withdraw support to mr. manmohan singh, and let the nda come back.

after all congress led UPA is not different than nda. do think it does really make any change for common man?
It seems congress wants to rule with help of parties at any cost.In the name of Secularism Lallus and Mulayams are being tolerated. The hindutva of BJP is less harmful than pampering of Minorities by Congress just to garner the votes.
This is the norm to be observed as laid down by the Supreme Court judgment in the Bommai case. Let Mulaym prove his majority, other wise he has to resign. let congress not to lead to impose President's rule in UP.

To help Muslim to be Muslim more than Indian and Hindus to be Hindu, who have no nation in the world.
The Congress should dismiss the UP Govt and give the the SP the sympathy vote and may be help SP to come back to power. That way Congress shoots itself in the foot. In any case Congress is never known to uphold the Constitution. And UP under Congress rule may not be any better than the present SP rule.
Manmohan Singh(sorry Sonia) should move ahead with dismissal & liberate people of UP from this illegal govt.Left has no guts to let NDA come back at centre.

No Government can functionif it listens to the Indian Communists who happen to be the most retrograde of the Parties in India who for 60 years have made this country backward. Trade Unionism of the worst kind is the only thing they know and they put a spoke into any good, Progressive measure. We have to salute Manmohan Singh for his acievements in spite of the Communist Drag Force.Mulayam & the COMMIES are made for each other. Both deseve to be thrown out.
