Can we really have faith in our judiciary where the judges are not accountable for their wrong judgements as they are observed in the upper courts? Courts in India just cannot do anything but people of India can if we are desirous of free nation and Bhagat Singh, Udham Singh, Chandrashekher or Subhashchandra.
